In recent years,with the advocacy and advancement of China’s construction industrialization,under the overall pattern of promoting economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and ecological civilization construction,the prefabricated construction industry has developed rapidly.Manufacturers of precast components(PC)for prefabricated building concrete in the construction industry chain will also usher in development opportunities.The main goal of a PC manufacturing company for prefabricated buildings is to maximize total net revenue(TNR).A reasonable production scheduling plan can effectively increase the total net revenue of a prefabricated production company.In addition,because there is usually more than one scheduling sequence under the TNR standard,this article considers shortening the total completion time(TCT)of all orders to improve customer satisfaction without reducing the TNR standard.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through a systematic review of prefabricated production,order acceptance and scheduling,lexicographical multi-criteria optimization,etc.,the existing research in prefabricated production scheduling issues is summarized and summarized,and the existing research problems are analyzed.In order to address the research gaps in order acceptance and scheduling of prefabricated components,a lexicographical bi-criteria order acceptance and scheduling problem in a precast supply chain environment(LBOASP_PSCE)is proposed.it has very strong practical significance.(2)A lexicographical bicriteria nonlinear integer programming model is constructed.The first layer model is to selectively accept PC orders and schedule them to maximize the TNR standard.The second layer model is to ensure that under the premise of optimal TNR in the layer model,all PC orders are rescheduled to minimize the TCT standard of the order.Under the premise of maximizing corporate profits,this model has effectively improved the production and service quality of the enterprise.(3)In the first layer model of LBOASP_PSCE problem,the structural characteristics of this scheduling problem are fully considered in this paper,and three hybrid meta-heuristic algorithms are proposed to solve it.In addition,a pseudo-upper bound is defined to evaluate the performance of the three algorithms.In the second layer model of LBOASP_PSCE problem,three hybrid tabu search methods(HTS_A,HTS_B and HTS_C)were proposed to solve the different processing schemes of TNR and TCT constraints.A new comprehensive performance criterion is defined to evaluate the performance of three hybrid tabu search methods objectively.(4)The proposed algorithm is evaluated through a large number of simulation experiments.Experimental results show that for the first-level scheduling problem,the performance of the proposed hybrid meta-heuristic algorithm is very close,and the effectiveness of key operations such as constructing heuristic steps is verified.The experimental results of the test examples also show that when the delivery time of the orders is the same,the HTS_A scheme that directly dispatches the accepted orders has better effect than HTS_B and HTS_C.For the different delivery times,the effects of HTS_B and HTS_C are very close,and the performance of both is better than the HTS_A solution.
