| With the development of steel construction,a series of favorable policies to promote prefabricated steel structures has been put forward domestically. As a structural material, steel has the characteristics of high strength, good plasticity and toughness. At the same time, steel can withstand large deformation and dynamic load with good seismic performance.Under the action of earthquake, joint is the key factor affecting the seismic performance of the structure. In the context of developing fabricated steel structures strongly, this paper puts forward an assembled beam-column joint based on the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign steel tubular H-type steel beam joints. To investigate the effects of joint structure on the seismic behavior of the joint, this paper studies the seismic behavior of the joint through finite element analysis and restoring force model theory on the basis of quasi-static experimental research. The main contents include:(1)Quasi-static test was conducted on 2 full-size plane plug-in joints to analyze the effects of built-in plate in column on the performance of joint. The results show that the joint with built-in plate in column has higher initial stiffness and more stable stiffness degradation behavior, while the joint without built-in plate has better ductility and can ensure its bearing capacity under large displacement. Both of the joints have good energy dissipation capacity. When it reaches to the ultimate load, the joint with built-in plate has better hysteretic behavior and energy dissipation capacity.(2)Finite element software ABAQUS 6.13 was used to establish finite element models of the plug-in joint.Through the comparison and analysis of the finite element simulation analysis and the quasi-static test results of the specimens,it can be found that the finite element and experimental results are in good agreement, indicating the simulation method are accurate and effective.(3)With the verified finite element models, joint parameters are analyzed to study the effects of ratio axial compression stress to strength, preload of bending loads, thicknesses of channel plate and Y-shaped iron, types of shearing bolts and dog-bone connection on the hysteretic behaviors of joint.(4)Based on the results of the quasi-static test, the restoring force model of the plug-in beam-column joint, which is in good agreement with the test results,is established and.The model can provide reference for the subsequent analysis of the characteristics of bearing capacity and stiffness degradation of the joint under the low cyclic reciprocating load. |
