| Cement soil is a densely structured building material formed by mixing and curing various materials such as clay,cement,soil and water.It is widely used in slope reinforcement,foundation pit protection,and channel seepage prevention.However,the foundation engineering applied to cement soil is often exposed to the environment of seawater,groundwater,and domestic sewage.The impact of acid rain,seawater,groundwater,and domestic sewage and other corrosive environments causes the cracking and destruction of cement soil materials,affecting the structure and durability of cement soil.Property,which in turn affects the service life of the building.In order to make this new type of building material widely used in engineering,ultra-fine mineral powder,rubber powder and polypropylene chopped fibers are added to the cement soil to improve its performance indicators,and a new type of building material-ultra-fine Mineral powder cement soil.Therefore,in this paper,the controlled variable method is used to study the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,resistance to chloride ion penetration,and resistivity of ultra-fine ore cement soil.The main conclusions are as follows:With the increase of the amount of rubber powder and polypropylene chopped fiber,the stress-strain curves of ultrafine mineral cement soils at 7d and 28d are similar,but the unconfined compressive strength and stress-strain value of 28d are similar.Compared to 7d,the compressive strength and peak stress have been greatly improved.The elastic modulus of cement soil under water soaking is greater than the elastic modulus of 5%Na2SO4 solution,and both are greater than the elastic modulus of unsoaked cement soil.The first peak stress of the cement soil soaked in 5%Na2SO4 solution is 2.18Mpa;The addition of ultrafine mineral powder can improve the unconfined compressive strength and corrosion resistance of cement soil.The addition of rubber powder can improve the resistance of cement soil to sulfate attack,but the polypropylene chopped fiber resists sulfate attack.Smaller.When the ratio of the cement content to the ultrafine mineral powder content is 5:3,the rubber powder and the polypropylene chopped fiber content are each 1%,and the resistance to sulfate attack is superior;The addition of polypropylene chopped fibers can improve the resistance to chloride ion penetration of ultrafine mineral powder cement soil,and the addition of rubber powder can reduce the resistance to chloride ion penetration of ultrafine mineral powder cement soil;meanwhile,as the amount of ultrafine mineral powder increases,The resistance of ultra-fine mineral cement soil to chloride ion penetration has gradually improved;The addition of rubber powder to cement soil can increase the resistivity.The addition of polypropylene chopped fibers has a small effect on the resistivity.The resistivity of sewage erosion is higher than that of water.The smaller the resistivity.By observing the microstructure of ultrafine mineral cement soil with different contents of rubber powder and polypropylene chopped fiber,it can be seen that the change of micromorphology is consistent with the macroscopic mechanical properties. |
