With the further development of the trend of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises has become more and more fierce.Corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions have become an important means to optimize assets,expand scale,and achieve stable and sustainable development of enterprises,which is of great benefit to company reform and innovation.On the surface,corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions are the integration of capital,products,markets,technology and other major production factors,while the deep level is the integration and absorption of different corporate cultures.As a value system formed with the development of the company and widely recognized by employees,corporate culture not only reflects the experience and understanding of the material dimension,but also practically covers the ideological concept of the spiritual dimension,and subtly influences the development strategy of the company in various periods And daily production operations.The cultural integration after enterprise reorganization and merger is a process in which the cultural elements of both parties penetrate and deeply merge with each other with the reorganization and merger of the enterprise,thereby forming a new combination to adapt to and promote the development of new enterprises[2].In the process of cultural integration,reorganization and mergers and acquisitions must clarify its initial cultural characteristics,accurately and comprehensively understand the various cultural contradictions that exist in it,and seek a high degree of psychological identity,value concept and other aspects through appropriate methods and methods.Unification and deep integration,so as to create a cultural system conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises after reorganization and mergers.On the basis of the existing corporate culture fusion theory,this paper studies the process of cultural fusion and the choice of fusion mode:first,the process of corporate culture integration is clarified into three stages,analyzing the influencing factors of the reorganization and merger parties’ willingness to absorb each other’s culture,and initially establish a theoretical analysis framework for the corporate culture integration model based on the differences in the reorganization and merger parties’ cultural willingness to absorb each other at various stages;then use the China Aviation Manufacturing Technology Research Institute to reorganize and merge Nantong Technology Investment.Group Co.,Ltd.as an example to measure the culture of both parties in the reorganization and merger,study and analyze the change process of the parties’ cultural willingness to absorb each other at various stages,and reasonably select the appropriate cultural integration mode,and draw the path of choice for the cultural integration mode of the Hangzhi equipment enterprise after the reorganization and merger;The theoretical analysis is confirmed by empirical research,and finally a dynamic system model of cultural integration mode selection is obtained.This article is typical and representative,and has a certain degree of enlightenment and reference for the cultural integration of other reorganization and merger companies.
