Motion control system composed of stepper motor has both cost and performance advantages,widely used in numerical control,medical treatment,textile,packaging and other fields.However,the traditional control mode of stepping motor has some problems,such as torque ripple,oscillation,out-of-step overimpact,etc.,so it is difficult to be applied to the occasions with high dynamic characteristics.In recent years,with the improvement of the performance of semiconductor devices and microprocessors and the deepening of control algorithms,it has become possible for the stepper motor drive controller to achieve low power consumption,high power driving ability and the ability to deal with complex algorithms.In this paper,by studying the generation mechanism and harm of current harmonics during the operation of hybrid stepper motors,a dead-time compensation strategy of space vector inverters for hybrid stepper motor is proposed to extract the current harmonic filter and compensate the dead-time of the voltage inverter,effectively solve the two phase hybrid stepper motor winding current harmonic,reduce the torque ripple in the motor running process,fever,low frequency oscillation phenomena,and realizes the optimization of the dynamic performance of the hybrid stepper motor control system.In this article,the operating principle and mathematical model of the two-phase hybrid stepper motor are analysed at first.Based on this model,a vector control system of the hybrid stepping motor is built to simplify motor control and improve the control accuracy of the motor;Then analyzed the dead-time phenomenon of two phase space vector inverter in vector control system of the hybrid stepper motor,points out the deadtime phenomenon caused by the harmonic wave and its effect on the dynamic characteristics when the motor running,and from the perspective of harmonic suppression and voltage dead-time compensation,put forward the adaptive filter and inverter dead-time compensation strategies to improve current waveform;Finally,in order to prove the control method,the hardware and software of the drive control system based on the DSP F28335 microprocessor are designed,the control strategy of dead-time compensation of space vector inverter in the vector control system of hybrid stepper motor is realized on the experimental control platform built.The validity of the proposed control strategy is verified by comparing and analyzing the operating current waveform of the control mode without dead-time compensation strategy.Through the test,the drive control system based on the dead-time compensation strategy of the space vector inverter can reduce the harmonic current interference,improve the current sine degree,improve the low frequency operation characteristics of the motor,and thus improve the dynamic performance of the motor control system.
