| Cold-filled asphalt mixture is a new type of material that can be quickly repaired by pits and grooves without being affected by the weather.It can be used as needed,environmentally friendly and pollution-free.It is widely used in road maintenance work and has good economic and social benefits.At present,there is relatively little research on cold-filled asphalt mixture,and there is no systematic research and development,evaluation plan and evaluation index for high-performance cold-filled asphalt mixture.In the past,the performance evaluation index of hot mix asphalt mixture can not fully reflect the actual road performance of cold-filled asphalt mixture,which leads to problems such as poor water stability and short service life of cold-filled asphalt mixture products on the market.It seriously restricts the development,application and promotion of high performance cold-filled asphalt mixture.In order to solve these problems,this paper designed a new type of cold replenisher through the orthogonal design principle.The test method and evaluation index of the new cold rehydration solution are proposed.The effects of various components of the cold rehydration solution on the adhesion,volatility,fluidity and storage stability of the cold rehydration solution were analyzed.The results showed that Resin A and Resin B had a great influence on the volatility of the new cold rehydration solution.The anti-stripping agent had a great influence on the adhesion of the new cold rehydration solution.0#Diesel mainly affected the fluidity of the new cold rehydration solution.According to the test results and the use characteristics of cold-filled asphalt mixture,the evaluation index and recommended range of the new cold rehydration solution are proposed.Three sets of new cold rehydration solutions are preferred for cold-filled asphalt mixture performance testing.By comparing the volume index and mechanical index of LB-10,SMA-10 and AC10,the grading SMA-10 and the best oil-stone ratio of 5.1%are more suitable for the study of new cold-filled asphalt mixture."The saturated water freeze-thaw boiling method" is used to evaluate the water stability of cold-filled asphalt mixture.It compensates for the lack of residual stability for evaluating water stability,and improves the high temperature compressive performance,cohesiveness and workability test scheme.The evaluation indicators and recommendations for cold-filled asphalt mixture performance were proposed.By analyzing the influence of each component of the new cold-filled asphalt mixture on the performance of cold-filled asphalt mixture,it is known that Resin A and Resin B have better effects on improving the strength and compressive performance of cold-filled asphalt mixture.The anti-stripping agent has obvious effects on improving the water stability and cohesiveness of the cold-filled asphalt mixture.Finally,this study will develop the new cold-filled asphalt mixture and the three cold-filled asphalt mixtures commonly used in the market for actual pit repair.The construction process research was carried out,and the calculation method of the amount of cold-filled asphalt mixture of the pit and the key technical indicators such as the recommended looseness factor of 1.4 were determined.A standardized construction process and operation method are proposed.This paper recommends the combination of A3B3C3D1 as the composition of the high-performance cold rehydration solution in this study,combined with the indoor test of cold-filled asphalt mixture and the observation of pit repair for six months.The mass ratio of each component is matrix asphalt:resin A:resin B:type I anti-stripping agent:diesel=100:2.0:0.6:0.4:20.The cost of the new cold-filled asphalt mixture developed in this paper is around 330 RMB/t,which is lower than the ex-factory price of most cold feeds on the market.The new cold-filled asphalt mixture developed in this paper should have a good market,combined with the indoor performance test results,the actual engineering repair cases and the economic benefits of the new cold-filled asphalt mixture. |
