This paper is based on the research of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,"Study on the calculation method of the external tunnel brightness based on space-time environment and driving factors"(Project No.5187083660).The aim is to determine the size of the outer beam brightness L20(S)by reasonable analysis,further optimize the lighting design of the entrance and transition sections of the highway tunnel,ensure the safe and comfortable operation of the tunnel,and actively respond to China’s green energy-saving emission reduction policy for road tunnels.The practice of lighting design provides a more scientific basis.The external brightness L20(S)is the basic parameter for the illumination of the entrance section of the highway tunnel.It not only affects the lighting design of the transition section,but also its value is affected by many factors.In this paper,based on the environment diagram method recommended by CIE 88-2004 and the tabular method adopted by China’s "Road Tunnel Lighting Design Rules"(JTGT D70/2-01-2014),the external brightness L20(S)is obtained.The sky rate outside the tunnel and its brightness,the percentage of the road surface and its brightness and the percentage of the tunnel environment and its brightness,the percentage of the environment around the door and its brightness are determined,while the tabular rule considers the sky rate,the direction of the door or the light and dark environment,and the design.Three factors affecting the speed of the car.In fact,China’s table look-up method is only determined by foreign norms.It is not based on the development of China’s highway tunnel construction,and the different types of pavements outside the tunnel,the types of tunnels,etc.,cause the difference in L20(S)values outside the tunnel.Therefore,this paper compares the three factors influencing the sky rate,the outer surface of the tunnel and the type of the portal door,taking into account the many factors affecting the brightness measurement outside the cave,investigating all the road tunnels within the main city of Chongqing,and selecting the tunnels that meet the requirements.The object is analyzed for the influence of environmental factors on the brightness outside the hole L20(S).Based on the research results,the calculation model of the external tunnel brightness L20(S)value based on environmental factors is obtained.After investigation of the highway tunnels within the main city of Chongqing,the northwest direction and the east direction of the Tongmao tunnel,the northwest direction and the southeast direction of the Baosheng tunnel,the southward direction of the Huofengshan tunnel,the northeast direction of the Jiangbei city and the southwest orientation were selected.To the southeast of the Yellow Tunnel,a total of nine hole gates are the research objects.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the on-site brightness acquisition test,the recommended value of the L20(S)outside the hole in autumn and winter is at least twice the actual test brightness value.If the sky rate of the original tunnel design does not exceed 10%,the external brightness of the hole is L20(S)value can be reduced by 5.41%-21.25%.(2)Using the software Photoshop CS6 to read and investigate the RGB values of the road surface outside the tunnel,the numerical order is striped road<dark road surface<light color road surface<large red road surface.According to the RGB principle,the superposition of the three colors of red,green and blue is closer to white,that is,the greater the brightness,the darker and the lower the brightness.At the same time,the brightness of the road surface is consistent with the law of RGB values.That is,the road with at least one stop of the line of sight is changed to a color road surface with a small RGB value,so that the brightness outside the hole L20(S)value is lowered.(3)When the hole door is a bamboo-cut or end-wall type,under the same conditions of the positive wall material,the contribution of the brightness of the hole to the brightness outside the hole L20(S)is up to 300 cd/m2.(4)Based on the environmental sketch method and the tabular method,the external brightness L20(S)determination method is based on the software IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0,and the independent variable selects the sky brightness and its percentage,the hole type and its percentage,the road surface RGB and its The percentage,the brightness value of the scene around the hole door,and the brightness outside the hole L20(S)are the dependent variables.Under the condition of the significance level of 0.05,the stepwise analysis is used to eliminate the significant low-caused door brightness factor,and the fitting is suitable for environmental factors in Chongqing based on sky brightness,hole type,road RGB,and surrounding scenery of the door.A calculation model for the brightness L20(S)value outside the tunnel.
