| As long as the asphalt pavement has been opened to traffic for a long time,the road surface damage will gradually occur.Therefore,in order to extend the service life of the asphalt pavement,long-term maintenance of the asphalt pavement is required.Due to the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,asphalt pavement in-place recycling has become one of the common technologies in asphalt pavement maintenance.According to different heating principles,asphalt pavement in-place recycling is divided into: infrared radiation heating,hot air circulation heating and microwave heating.In the process of infrared radiation heating,heating power and radiation surface temperature are the key factors that affect the quality of thermal regeneration.Therefore,more in-depth research is required on the heating power of the heater,the temperature of the radiation surface and infrared spectrum matching.This thesis is based on NSFC.Based on the different mechanisms of heat energy transfer,the MATLAB software was used to differentially solve the internal heat energy transfer model of the asphalt pavement,thereby numerically simulating the pulsed heating of the asphalt pavement.In addition,the infrared radiation experimental device is independently designed to conduct the radiation surface temperature measurement test,and the trend of the radiation surface temperature and input power is analyzed.Research indicates: when the asphalt pavement adopts pulsed heating,the heat flux density value input to the asphalt pavement and the heat flux density output by the infrared radiant heater are obtained without affecting the construction speed;the temperature of the radiation surface is measured and tested to obtain the heat radiation conversion efficiency of the experimental device with infrared coating;analyze the change trend of input power and radiation surface temperature under different emissivity,and then analyze the influence of emissivity on the radiation surface temperature and input power,it is concluded that the temperature of the radiation surface is inversely proportional to the emissivity,and when the heat flux density output by the infrared radiant heater is constant,the temperature of the radiation surface of the high emissivity material is lower;at the same time,the infrared radiation heater works at a lower temperature,which can better protect the surface of the infrared radiation heater;by analyzing the infrared spectrum absorption characteristics of different materials of asphalt pavement,and the numerical simulation of the "non-matching heating" heat energy transmission process of asphalt pavement,it is concluded that when pulsed heating is used,the heating time of non-matched heating is shorter than that of matched heating;therefore,in terms of construction speed,it is more advantageous to use non-matching heating asphalt pavement. |
