With the rapid development of civil aviation industry and the construction of smart airport,it is imperative to realize the automatic loading and unloading of luggage.Luggage loading algorithm is one of the key problems to solve the problem of automatic luggage loading.The academic category of luggage loading algorithm belongs to "three-dimensional packing problem".However,the current research on three-dimensional packing problem is mostly offline packing,which can not meet the actual needs of assembly line operation.This article studies this problem.Starting from the two important processing links of departure luggage,this paper puts forward two palletizing algorithms suitable for two loading environments,and studies the luggage trailer loading and cargo hold transfer.First of all,for the aircraft Trailer palletizing problem,based on the key point loading strategy,the improved particle swarm optimization loading algorithm considering the weight,volume and loading order of luggage and other constraints,takes the space utilization rate as the fitness function for iterative optimization.In the experimental part,the classical example and the passenger luggage data obtained from the self-service luggage check-in system are used to verify the algorithm Secondly,a heuristic algorithm is proposed to improve the cargo space offset There are many factors influencing the palletizing effect of cargo hold,and the existing evaluation method is too single.This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of cargo hold palletizing effect,which combines AHP method with entropy method by using the advantages of subjective and objective weight assignment method,and establishes a hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of cargo hold palletizing effect.Through case calculation and comparative analysis,it is proved that the model is reasonable and reliable for the evaluation of aircraft cargo hold palletizing.Finally,by analyzing the function requirements and work flow of the two important links of aircraft Trailer palletizing and cargo palletizing,combined with the trailer and cargo loading algorithm,the palletizing system is realized and the simulation software system is designed.Trailer stacking algorithm and cargo hold stacking algorithm are of great significance in both theoretical research and engineering application.It realizes the real-time loading effect under the background of three-dimensional packing,and provides a certain research basis for the airport to realize intelligent loading.
