| With the Civil Aviation Administration’s response to the call for accelerating the “repair of shortcomings”,as an important part of the civil aviation industry,civil airports have become particularly urgent to solve the shortcomings of emergency support capabilities.The primary goal of solving this problem is to realize the assessment of the emergency support capability of civil airports.Only by evaluating the emergency support level of the airport and accurately positioning the emergency support links to be improved can the emergency support capability be improved in a targeted manner.To achieve the purpose of making up for the shortcomings of emergency support capabilities.Therefore,according to the current needs,the in-depth discussion is mainly carried out from the evaluation and verification methods of civil airport emergency support capabilities.Taking the emergency support capability of civil airports as the research object,a scientific and effective evaluation model was established: through research on the relevant theories and regulations and standards of emergency support for civil airports in China,combined with the development status of emergency support for civil airports in China,follow a comprehensive,scientific,and comprehensive Systematic and practical basic principles,the establishment of a civil airport emergency support capability evaluation index system including 5 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators;in order to ensure the scientificity and accuracy of the evaluation method,a combination of subjective and objective based AHP has been proposed.-Combination weighting method of factor analysis.In addition,after studying and comparing the verification methods for the evaluation results of civil airport emergency support capabilities,virtual simulation verification was determined as a verification method,and a virtual simulation verification platform for civil airport emergency support capabilities was built.Use airport simulation cases to test the evaluation model and verification method.The results show that the constructed evaluation index system has good comprehensiveness and completeness,and has guiding significance for the construction of civil airport emergency support.The assessment result based on the AHP-factor analysis combination weighting method effectively balances the score disparity caused by subjective and objective factors,realizes the bias correction of the assessment result,the method is feasible and effective,and improves the accuracy of the civil airport emergency support capability assessment.The simulation verification platform realizes convenient,practical and reliable verification functions,improves the work efficiency of personnel,reduces the economic cost of evaluation and verification,and ensures the scientific and reliable results. |
