| With the rapid growth of the national economy in today’s society,the demand for natural gas,the three major fossil fuels,is also growing rapidly.Compared with the other two fossil fuels,coal and petroleum,natural gas is a cleaner fuel,which leads to a rapid increase in its consumption.However,the use of natural gas has more stringent requirements on the environment,especially in relatively densely populated areas,so the pipeline transportation and supply of natural gas is particularly important.The research topic of this thesis is the feasibility study of the natural gas pipeline supply project,and Puqian Town,Wenchang City is selected as the feasibility study object.With the development and construction of the "Hainan Free Trade Port" and the opening of the Puqian Bridge to traffic,Puqian Town,Wenchang City has a good opportunity for development.According to the "Regulatory Detailed Planning of the Town and District of the Famous Historical and Cultural Town of Puqian,Wenchang City",the main development direction of Puqian Town is a national historical and cultural town featuring Nanyang cultural and historical resources and coastal resources,with tourism service as the leading industry.In addition,natural harbors such as Mulan Port and Puqian Port in Puqian Town have great development and tourism value.It is expected that the demand for clean energy will be strong in the future.At present,Puqian Town,Wenchang City has not yet used natural gas,and the energy use is still mainly wood,coal and liquefied gas.This subject comprehensively investigates the population structure,resource utilization,urban layout,and development planning of Puqian Town,Wenchang City.Through studying the transmission and distribution system,technological process,safety,environmental protection and economic feasibility of the natural gas pipeline supply project,the project’s construction feasibility conclusion.The plane design of the station is carried out.The station is designed with 410L×8 LNG cylinder group,LNG is the gas source,the process skid-mounted equipment is a fin-tube structure air-heated vaporizer,and the piping in the station uses DN100 and DN150L245 seamless steel pipes.The total length of the pipe network outside the station is about 2.5 km.It is designed as a medium-pressure pipe network of 0.4 MPa,operating pressure 0.2~0.3 MPa.It uses PE100 SDR11 series De200 and De160 polyethylene pipes.The whole pipe section is equipped with steel ball valves as cut-off valves.The design selects 8 LNG steel cylinders with a volume of 410 L,and the cylinders have their own pressurization system.The HAZOP analysis method is used to identify the safety risks during the construction and operation of the project.After the completion of the project,it will provide natural gas clean energy for Puqian Town residents,public buildings/commercial users,etc.,which will not only promote the development of tourism,improve the economic benefits of enterprises and promote economic development,but also greatly improve the air quality of gas-consuming cities,improve the living environment,optimize the energy structure,and inject new impetus into the sustainable development of the region. |
