| Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to actively develop the mixed-ownership economy,China has continuously deepened the mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,and the pace of mixed-ownership reform has been accelerating.Through restructuring and reorganization,introducing strategic investors,employee shareholding and other mixed-ownership reform paths,non-state-owned capital is introduced to improve the ownership structure of enterprises and enhance the value of state-owned enterprises.In addition,the implementation of mixed ownership reform combines the advantages of both state-owned capital and non-state-owned capital,produces synergistic effects,increases the core competitiveness of brands,and promotes the marketization process of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,the key issues of mixed-ownership reform lie in how to implement the plan and how to select suitable strategic investors.In the context of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,this paper uses case studies,qualitative research and other methods,selects H Company as the research object,and takes the mixed-ownership reform realized by H Company through public offering,capital increase and share expansion in 2020 as a case,and studies the mixed-ownership reform with the group as the main body.The impact of the particular way the change has had on the company.Firstly,the paper gives an overview of the concept,motivation,path and economic effects of mixed-ownership reform,and also introduces the development process and current situation of mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in China.Secondly,it focuses on the case of H Company’s mixed-ownership reform,introduces both parties of the mixed-ownership reform,presents the process of the mixed-ownership reform according to the timeline,analyzes the causes of the mixed-ownership reform,and combs the changes of the shareholding structure of H Company before and after the mixed-ownership reform.Thirdly,through the analysis of market response,financial performance and non-financial performance,it explains the changes of H company’s stock price and operating performance before and after the reform,constantly improve the internal management and staff incentive mechanism,broaden the external industrial layout and strategic development.Finally,the experience of H Company’s mixed ownership reform is summarized to provide a reference for state-owned enterprises to implement mixed ownership reform,so that the case analysis has certain reference significance. |
