Landscape Planning And Design Of Yinchuan Xixia Park Based On History And Culture

With the acceleration of urban modernization in China,traditional history and culture gradually fade out of people’s vision.Traditional parks only meet people’s daily play needs,ignoring people’s spiritual and cultural needs.The construction of the city began to promote national culture,heritage of regional history and culture.Therefore,this paper will explore how to integrate local cultural characteristics and historical connotation into urban park planning and design,and create a local historical and cultural theme park.This paper aims to provide reference for the inheritance of Yin Chuan historical culture and the study of historical culture theme park.After research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)By studying the connotation of Xixia culture,this paper explores the representative culture of Xixia culture: royal tomb culture,writing culture,religious culture,art culture(painting and sculpture,calligraphy),agriculture and commerce culture,filial piety culture.(2)In the landscape planning of Xixia park,this paper divides the park into six functional areas: royal cemetery square area,historical and cultural theme area,leisure and entertainment area,education and popular science area,sightseeing ecological area and commercial service area.The traffic planning is a ring road network structure,which is mainly divided into three levels of roads: first level roads of 6-8m,second level roads of 3m,and third level roads of 1.5m.The park has five entrances: 1 main entrance and 4 secondary entrances;3 parking lots;Thirty scenic spots and several public service facilities.(3)In the landscape design of Xixia park,combined with Xixia culture design: architectural landscape: King’s cemetery pavilion and trestle bridge,etc.;road landscape: Haitang avenue;water landscape: drinking spring water landscape and lotus pond;square landscape: royal cemetery square,Xiwen square and water square,etc.Topographic landscape: hills and other micro-topography;plant landscape: sea of flowers and border of flowers are presented in front of people through this intuitive way of expression,conveying the content and spirit of history and culture to people.(4)In the landscape planning and design of Xixia Park,the design techniques of restoration and representation,direct narration,metaphorical symbolism and artistic conception experience are used.The royal cemetery square and the drinking spring scene represent the royal cemetery culture.Lake pavilion,lotus pavilion,performance theater,historical exhibition hall,Xixia art museum,trestle,commercial street,lake island represent architectural culture;macro pagoda represents religious culture;racecourse represents agribusiness culture;Xiwen square represents writing culture;performance square,sculpture square,water square represents art and culture;confucian classes represent a culture of filial piety.(5)The special design of Xixia park includes terrain design,plant planting design,architectural sketch design,public service facilities design and land balance.Terrain design has hills and other micro-topography,basin;plant planting design includes: flower bed,flower border,flower sea,dense forest,garden road plant landscape,tree array,etc.Architectural sketch design includes: character sculpture,historical scene wall,character totem,etc.To sum up,this article through to the city park,historical and cultural theme park of relevant theoretical study,dig the connotation and denotation of Xixia culture extracted Xixia cultural elements in the application of landscape park,park planning and design,completed its historical and cultural park construction in Yin Chuan have certain reference significance.
