Nowadays,the contribution of human resources to the value creation of enterprises is constantly strengthened.The scientific and efficient utilization of human resources can effectively elevate the staff’s ability and promote the development of enterprises,thus helping enterprises to achieve strategic goals.Therefore,how to build an advanced and competitive human resource management mode,how to plan the career development path of enterprise members and guide them to continuously improve their qualifications and abilities,then realize the coordinated development between enterprises and employees have become the primary management problems faced by enterprises.The qualification system is one of the important components and fundamental pillars in the setting of human resource management system,and it is a good tool to combine the enterprise development with the staff’s individual growth desire.Therefore,through the optimization and adjustment of the qualification system,KS Company will effectively realize the comprehensive improvement of the company’s human resource management level.This thesis is carried out in accordance with the thought of proposing,analyzing and solving problems.At the beginning,it introduces the background,purpose,significance,methods and contents of the research,and puts forward the necessity of optimizing and adjusting the qualification system to accelerate the improvement of employees’ ability,so as to achieve the goal of enterprise development and innovative business exploration.Then,it summarizes the relevant concepts,terms,theories and literature of qualification system,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the effective adjustment of KS company’s qualification system.Furthermore,it makes a targeted analysis of the problems existing in the qualification system of KS company.This paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems.It also emphatically elaborates the main contents of the optimization of the qualification system of KS company,including the design of employee career channel,the establishment of qualification standards,qualification level certification,etc.,and puts forward the application of the qualification system in the work related to human resources management.Strengthening the qualification system must be consistent with the enterprise strategy,so that the development aspirations of the employees of the enterprise are consistent with the needs of the enterprise and finally realizing the optimization and transformation of the qualification system.This paper takes KS Company as the research object and provides solid talent pool and support for the company to achieve its development goals through the adjustment and upgrading of the qualification system and the pulling of the overall improvement of human resource management.In the meanwhile,the design and implementation of KS Company’s qualification system optimization program will be used for reference for other private photovoltaic enterprises to implement qualification management system.
