Research On Investment Decision Of Small Wind Farm Project

In response to build small wind farms in local environmental protection characteristic towns in Hainan Province,this article attempts to use part of the structural system and prior formulas of the macro international trade model to independently establish a reliable investment final account evaluation model,and the theoretical design of data flattening and normalization is carried out for the use of the evaluation model,and the credibility of the model simulation results is verified.Since there are very few precedents for investment decision-making in small wind farms in China,it is necessary to rely on our existing financial investment model to make appropriate adjustments to the particularity of small wind farms.In particular,it is necessary to establish a search for exogenous correlation variables in the model.Technology path.This article uses the advantages of neural network fitting,through the analysis of the pros and cons of different neural network models,selects the best path of the exogenous correlation variables needed to fit the model,and uses the improved IPSO-BP neural network.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used in neural network,it can fit various exogenous variables required by the investment final account model,and the advantage of the fit degree is shown through the comparison chart.In the conclusion that the model in this article actually simulates the investment decision-making process,the profit model,the price-tax model,the output-cost-investment model,the long-term equilibrium total cost equation and the final investment final account model are established respectively,using the above five models The module,by substituting internal and external variables,simulates the scene of investment final accounts,and displays the final conclusion of the model in the form of visual graphics.Use the result of model inversion to construct the final investment settlement surface in the visual data chart,and intuitively give the effective investment finalization interval of small wind farms.Above the termination surface of investment settlement,it means that the small wind power project has a positive investment return.The higher the position,the greater the investment return.Below the termination surface of the greater the loss.The termination surface of investment settlement means that the return on investment is zero.
