| Industrial robots are manipulators with multi-degree-of-freedom or multi-joint,which is oriented to the industrial field.Since its birth,it is widely used in progressing and application in robotics technology field.It is a machine device that automatically executes work.With its own power and control system various functions can be realized.It can run according to the program written by the operator in advance.Modern industrial robots can also work under the principles and programs formulated by artificial intelligence technology.As an important part of Industry 4.0,it plays an irreplaceable role in improving product quality,enhancing enterprise figure,stimulating production efficiency and improving producing environment.Its application popularity has gradually become one of the most important indicators to measure the degree of enterprise automation.Driven by the rapid development of market economy and technological progress in the past 50 years,industrial robotics technology and application have made great breakthroughs,and have been widely used in many fields such as food processing,aerospace,automobile manufacturing and so on.Nowadays,many automobile factories introduce industrial robots to participate in various production processes of automobile parts.The application of welding robots in automobile parts producing has become increasingly significant.In this study the key technology,welding process and the design flow path of spot welding are studied in detail under the example of the spot welding robot cell used for automobile side production.Firstly,the research status and gaps between native and abroad are comprehensively analyzed,including industrial robots,welding technology,PLC and so on.Secondly,the principle of welding technology and spot welding parts of automobile parts are elaborated in detail,and the basic structure of spot welding robot workstation,the composition of industrial robot system,the production process of automobile sidewall and the design and manufacture of fixture are analyzed in many aspects.Thirdly,taking SIASUN robot as an example,its kinematics positive and negative solution and dynamic deviation are studied in detail.Finally,taking Brilliance Jinbei G series automobile sidewall welding workstation as the researching object,the design of PLC control system and touching panel man-machine interaction system is emphatically analyzed.The application of resistance spot welding robot workstation in the automobile side panel production greatly reduces workers’ labor intensity and adverse effects of welding dust and metal vapor,improves the welding quality of products and the operating efficiency of enterprises,and reduces the costs of production,processing and labor,which is of great significance on theory and practice.The main purpose of this research is to find out the advantages of the robot in industrial production by analyzing the specific application cases of the existing spot welding robot workstation in automobile parts production,verifying the forward and backward kinematics solutions of the SIASUN spot welding robot,and carrying out data and numerical analysis after modeling its dynamic deviation.IN the end,through touching panel and PLC control system to complete the man-machine interaction and the control of entire workstation,the goal of improving production efficiency,simplifying the design process,and providing case reference for subsequent production have been achieved. |
