Distribution channel is one of the main contents of marketing.When the product,price and promotion methods are easy to imitate and homogenize.With the improvement of management efficiency of distribution channel and the introduction of new channel model,enterprises can maintain their advantages in competition.With the change of economic environment in the world and the competition in the industry intensifies,enterprises pay more and more attention to the management of distribution channel.These can not only improve the efficiency of marketing,increase the sales volume and market share of products,but also form a systematic strategy with the marketing of enterprises,so as to ensure that enterprises can be in a favorable situation of competition in the changing environment.This paper takes BS Company’s PVC flooring products distribution channel structure,mode and management control as the research object,in view of the existing problems in the distribution channel management optimization.Based on the theories of flat distribution channels,introduction of O2O model and conflict of distribution channels,by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,empirical investigation,quantitative and qualitative analysis.The main contents include the following three aspects:First,the current situation and problems of distribution channel of BS Company are analyzed.The main content of this part is to find out the existing problems by analyzing the distribution channel structure,mode,channel management efficiency and channel conflict,and put forward a series of optimization suggestions and schemes to clarify the direction of channel management optimization.Second,the flat channel structure,O2O dual channel model and this paper apply the basic theories and methods of marketing and distribution channel management to the optimization of PVC product distribution channel management of BS Company.Based on the systematic analysis of the structure and mode design objectives and principles of distribution channels,this part uses the methods of distribution channel strategy,channel control and evaluation.Last,this paper analyzes the implementation and effect of BS Company’s distribution channel management optimization scheme.Through a series of safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the scheme,and take economic evaluation method to analyze the expected effect of BS company’s distribution channel management optimization scheme.Through the research on the optimization of distribution channel management,the conclusion with pertinence and guiding significance is obtained.It is hoped that this study can play a reference role in the optimization of distribution channel management for BS Company and similar enterprises.
