Research On Style And Features Design Of Tongxing Heritage Town Based On Community Building

Due to the unique natural environment,Chongqing’s traditional market towns deduce regional production and lifestyle,unique street space and architectural forms.The Changzhen culture gradually formed in the historical development is irreplaceable and non-renewable.This research focuses on the traditional towns where a large number of aboriginals still live.For such towns,apart from the physical space,customs,production and life of the town are also an important part of the town’s style.However,with the change of the times,the traditional style of the town is being dilapidated.How to promote the comprehensive and healthy sustainable development of the life,environment,culture and economy of the town under the premise of historical protection is an important issue in the renovation and design of this type of town.Combining the concept of community building,this study explores the implementation-oriented approach to updating the style of traditional farm towns in Chongqing from a disciplinary perspective,and takes Tongxingchang Town as an example to discuss specific cases.This study used literature research,case analysis,field research,comparative analysis and other research methods.Firstly,through the literature research method,the concepts of field town and community construction are defined,and the development process and main connotation of community construction theory are sorted out.Through case analysis,extensive learning of domestic and foreign practical experience.At present,although the domestic mainland area does not yet have the conditions to organize community building activities extensively,from the perspective of long-term plans and the success of small-scale demonstration sites,community building can open up a new path for the renovation of old urban areas,the protection and renewal of historic districts,and the construction of rural areas.road.Although the emphases in the construction process vary from place to place,all of them are deeply rooted in their own regional characteristics,excavate internal problems,and complete the construction work of renewal and development in the process of gradual residents’ participation through the formation of various organizations.Construction activities not only act on physical space,but also act on industrial development and residents’ life activities.Secondly,I went to Tongxing several times to conduct on-the-spot investigations to clarify the current situation,and made a detailed record of the current situation of public space and architectural style in Tongxingchang Town.Through the comparison of other traditional towns such as Mudong and Ciqikou,the individual characteristics of Tongxingchang Town are clarified.The characteristics of Tongxing traditional market town are: complete social network and complete natural pattern;disadvantages are: low historical value,small overall scale,and unremarkable style.The field investigation also includes interviews.The interviewees include residents,migrant workers,merchants and tourists,etc.The number of interviewers is 35.The purpose is to understand the basic social situation of Tongxing,to understand the awareness of residents,and to explore the stagnant landscape of Tongxingchang Town’s renewal and development.The internal reasons for the dilapidation provide ideas for the inspiration and specific strategies and techniques of the later design,and provide the conceptual background and foundation for the feasibility of the blueprint.Finally,combined with the community building theory,case studies,current situation survey results,and feedback from design experiments,the style design of Tongxing traditional towns is cut from the perspectives of the adjustment and construction of community resident organizations,the cohesion and promotion of community group awareness,and the introduction of the vitality of community public spaces.various sub-projects,and put forward an implementable design of the renovation of the town’s style.
