Research On Stakeholders Of Green And Livable Villages And Towns Construction Based On Social Network Analysis

Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,my country’s urban-rural relations have begun to develop in the direction of interoperability,mutual integration and interaction.The flow of resources between cities and villages provides new opportunities for the construction of green and livable villages and towns.At the same time,multiple factors of production were injected into villages and towns from cities,which makes the main bodies of village and town construction present a phenomenon of diversification.Due to the differences in the interests and needs of multiple bodies,there were complex interest relationships between different builders.Affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the global economy has suffered serious damage,and the problem of the disorderly participation of multiple stakeholders in the construction of green and livable villages and towns has become more prominent.How to coordinate and balance the demands of different stakeholders,so as to realize the effective operation of green and livable villages and towns,is an issue that needs to be seriously considered at present.Thesis selects Xunlonghe Village in Changsha County as the research area,and based on the perspective of social network analysis,it explores the influencing factors of construction stakeholders on the construction of Xunlonghe green and livable villages.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)By constructing a social network model,indicators are evaluated for stakeholders from two levels of individual network and overall network.The results show that: Xunlonghe Village Committee V is in the core position of the relationship network,leading the construction of Xunlonghe green and livable villages;township enterprises F1 and F2 are in the sub-core position of the relationship network,which is an important force for the construction and development of Xunlonghe Village;other stakeholders are at the periphery of the relationship network and are the objects that need to be focused on when optimizing the network structure.(2)The social network analysis method and the gravity model are combined to construct the gravitational intensity model of the stakeholders in the construction of Xunlonghe Village.The results show that: the highest gravitational value exists between the village committee V,the Guoyuan town government G1,and the agricultural professional cooperative R;the low gravitational value exists between the village committee V and some small township enterprises F and foreign enterprises E.(3)In order to coordinate the contradictions and conflicts among various construction stakeholders and meet their interest needs,thesis proposes measures to optimize the construction of the stakeholder relationship structure: coordinating the overall countermeasures of the stakeholder relationship and optimizing the differentiated path of the stakeholder relationship.It will form a joint force to jointly promote the construction of Xunlonghe green and livable villages,and also provide a new research idea for the construction of other green and livable villages and towns and the optimization of the living environment of villages and towns.
