With the continuous promotion of social industrialization,rotating machinery has a wide range of applications in all walks of life and plays an important role in promoting national economic development.Rotor as the core component of rotating machinery,its operating condition directly affects the safety and service life of the equipment.As a common fault,rotor eccentricity will make the rotor rotate with unbalanced magnetic tension,when the mild eccentricity will cause noise and vibration of rotating equipment,if not found in time or take effective maintenance measures,it may lead to friction or even collision between the stator and rotor of the motor,resulting in greater economic losses.Therefore,it is important to develop a detection system that can obtain the current eccentricity of the rotor in real time to improve the stability of the equipment,optimize the maintenance date and reduce the frequency of failure.To address the rotor eccentricity problem,firstly,the rotor eccentricity mechanism is analyzed,and by comparing the motion laws of different types of eccentric rotors,a method based on rotor eccentricity to detect eccentricity faults is proposed,and the quantitative relationship between eccentricity and eccentricity faults is analyzed.In order to calculate the rotor eccentricity parameters,an eccentricity detection device consisting of sensors and inductors is designed,and the mathematical model of the detection device is derived to obtain the coupling relationship between eccentricity and rotor rotation center,and the calculation method of the rotation center position based on range search is designed.After the detection method is proposed,the eccentricity detection system is designed to complete the verification.The hardware design part mainly includes,sensor selection,sensor size parameters and DSP system detection circuit,and the filtering and AD conversion circuit is designed,in addition,and the selection principles and design principles of the main component models of each module circuit are explained,and the simulation effect of some circuits is verified.Based on the CCS and LabVIEW platform,the software system is written,and the whole cycle data acquisition is completed by recognizing the key signal generated by the inductor through the signal processing algorithm,and the LabVIEW software program for calculating the eccentricity parameters is written.Finally,a system test experiment platform is built to verify the feasibility of detecting eccentricity failure according to the rotor eccentricity,and a comparison experiment is set up to test the accuracy of the eccentricity detection system at different rotational speeds.The experimental results show that the eccentricity detection system can detect the rotor eccentricity with micron-level accuracy and the detection error range is controlled between2.33% and 4.06%,which can realize the real-time detection of rotor eccentricity status.
