Tax Incentives And Fiscal Subsidies For New Energy Vehicles Industry Influence

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the transformation and upgrading of economic structure,the country pays more and more attention to the development of strategic emerging industries.The development of new energy automobile industry plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy and alleviating the pressure of energy environment.In the whole stage of promoting the development of the new energy vehicle industry,the government actively uses tax and fiscal policies to expand the market demand for new energy vehicles.However,as the new energy vehicle industry enters a new stage of development,the original fiscal and tax policy means are seriously lagging behind.Therefore,the current fiscal and tax preferential policies need to be improved and optimized.At present,the implementation of fiscal subsidy retrograde policy has aroused wide concern from all walks of life.Whether fiscal subsidy can be completely retrograde,whether tax preferential policy can replace fiscal subsidy and how to strengthen the construction of fiscal and tax preferential policy system have become the focus of Chinese scholars.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively sort out the preferential policies and measures related to the new energy automobile industry based on this problem,so as to creatively put forward some countermeasures and suggestions that can promote the sustainable and healthy development of the new energy automobile industry.Based on the new energy automotive industry tax and fiscal policy as the breakthrough point,a comprehensive systematic analysis of the development of new energy vehicles industry theory results and academic research,externality,public products and the sustainable development theory,explores the tax breaks and subsidies policy mechanism to promote the development of new energy automotive industry,It proves that tax incentives and fiscal subsidies affect the development of new energy vehicle enterprises by acting on their production decisions,r&d innovation and product consumption demand.In addition,through combing the fiscal and tax policies of China’s new energy automobile industry,it points out some problems existing in the tax policies in the process of industrial development.Based on the above analysis and summary,this paper adopts the method of empirical analysis and takes the data from 2013 to 2020 of 30 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen related to the whole vehicle manufacturing,battery power production,spare parts manufacturing,charging pile and other infrastructure construction as samples.Taian database using CSMAR countries the relevant data of listed companies to create regression model,the empirical analysis,by means of preferential tax policies and fiscal subsidy policy to the enterprise r&d strength and influence the ability to operate the two models of descriptive statistics and multivariate linear regression analysis,research the fiscal and taxation policy plays an incentive role in development of new energy automotive industry.Research results show that the government fiscal subsidies and preferential tax policy of these two kinds of macroeconomic regulation and control means of new energy automobile enterprise r&d strength and enterprise production and business operation ability has significant positive incentives,they are promoting new energy cars,transform and upgrade the industrial structure,enterprise innovation is the effective means to drive economic growth.Finally,to review and summarize the full text,considering the above analysis result,at the same time,the stable development of China’s new energy automotive industry put forward the policy recommendations,mainly based on the effect of the influence of fiscal subsidies and preferential tax policies,hoping to promote the development of new energy automotive industry,and constantly improve the international influence and competitiveness of auto industry in our country.
