With the development of social economy and the promotion of national industrial policies,China’s electric vehicle industry has developed a relatively mature industrial format.However,with the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry,the lagging construction of public charging piles is becoming more and more prominent.As a necessary infrastructure for the development of the electric vehicle industry,the relatively lagging construction scale of public charging piles will hinder the development of the electric vehicle industry to a certain extent.Although various national departments have paid attention to this problem and adopted corresponding policies to subsidize the construction and operation of public charging stations.However,in the early stage of the trial implementation of the policy,the design of subsidy schemes of different provinces and cities showed great differences.Faced with problems such as low charging utilization rate of public charging stations,lack of investment by operators,and low operation quality of charging stations,Incentive effect brought by the existing policy can achieve the desired effect,whether can realize charging pile operator’s profit target,can bring to the market effective supply charging pile,and effectively drive the further development of electric cars,is still need to think about the problem,so it is necessary for public charging pile subsidy policy implementation effect is analyzed.In this paper,based on a vast amount of literature reading and finishing,the influence factors of consumer acceptance for new energy is analyzed,from the price factor and the charging convenience to investigate the mechanism of the influence of government subsidies for electric cars,and with the aid of the electric car product innovation diffusion theory to predict the electric car ownership under the influence of the policy;Based on the realistic operation scenarios and industry status quo of public charging stations,the investment and construction behaviors of operators of public charging stations are set.On this basis,with the help of the system simulation model,the interaction mechanism between ev product proliferation and the construction of public charging stations is modeled by selecting Beijing as the basic scene of model operation,and on this basis,how the change of public charging pile subsidy policy affects them is explored.This paper enriches the theoretical research on the construction of public charging piles and the diffusion of electric vehicle products,further innovates the simulation model of the construction of public charging piles,and can provide a practical reference for the mechanism design of the government’s subsidy policy for public charging piles in reality.
