With the deepening of urbanization in China,the development of the construction industry has tended to be long-span and complex.The bowl buckle scaffold is the main construction tool erected for the safety construction and workers’ operation on site.However,the safety accidents of the collapse of the bowl buckle scaffold occur frequently,resulting in a large number of casualties and losses.It is necessary to improve the management level of scaffold construction quality and safety,It is of great significance to reduce safety and quality accidents in construction.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the construction safety and quality assurance measures of bowl buckle scaffold.Firstly,by summarizing the types of scaffold accidents,based on case analysis,literature analysis,on-site investigation and research,combined with the research results of literature in related fields at home and abroad,the study analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of construction quality control of bridge bowl buckle scaffold;On this basis,through the form of questionnaire,using the membership analysis method to process the data of the relevant influencing factors,five influencing factors of the construction quality control of the bridge bowl buckle scaffold are selected.Secondly,based on the five influencing factors of the construction quality control of the bridge bowl buckle scaffold,the construction quality control model of the bridge bowl buckle scaffold is established by integrating the whole process quality management theory and the total quality management theory.Finally,through the analysis of engineering cases,the quality control model of by project is established through the construction quality control model of the bridge beam bowl buckle scaffold,and the quality control management measures are put forward based on the actual situation of by project.The main features and innovations of this study are as follows: the factors affecting the construction quality of traditional bowl buckle scaffold mainly rely on the subjective evaluation of experienced project managers or experts who conduct on-site inspection on the scaffold construction and directly determine the factors.There are very high requirements for the experience,professional knowledge and technical level of the evaluators.In the past,the construction management focused on the influencing factors in the construction stage,ignoring the quality influencing factors in the preconstruction and post construction stages,resulting in unsatisfactory entity quality effect.Through the research and analysis of the whole construction process of the comprehensive project,this study uses the case analysis method and literature analysis method to get most of the factors that affect the construction quality of the bridge beam bowl buckle scaffold,and compares and classifies the five aspects of the questionnaire.The basic data information is obtained by issuing questionnaires,and the data are comprehensively processed by using the membership analysis method to screen out redundant factors;Then through the total quality management theory,the whole process quality management theory,PDCA cycle method to build the quality control model,and then put forward corresponding measures,which is conducive to managers to make scientific decisions.Through this comprehensive and objective method,this study analyzes the influence of various factors on the construction quality control of bridge bowl buckle scaffold,and provides a new idea on how to improve the construction quality level of bridge bowl buckle scaffold.
