The fierce market competition has prompted the transformation of product design from designer-oriented to user-oriented,and has made users pay more and more attention to the emotional experience brought by products while paying attention to their basic functions.However,in the actual product development,due to the influence of complex factors such as educational background and living environment,there are cognitive differences between users and designers,resulting in the low market recognition of the designed products.To reduce the cognitive differences between these two design subjects,this study starts from the cognitive trends of design subjects in the process of product evolution,combined with the theoretical knowledge of Kansei Engineering,cognitive psychology,artificial intelligence,neuroscience and grey system,and uses cognitive experiments,the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),game theory,BP neural network,evolutionary algorithm,cobweb evaluation and grey target decision-making model and other related technologies to complete the construction of cognitive matching model of design subjects,the construction of product Kansei image evaluation system and product Kansei image form evolution system based on cognitive matching of design subjects,and the construction of cobweb grey target decision-making model of multi Kansei image based on the cognitive matching of design subjects.The main research content is divided into the following three parts.First,the cognitive matching model of design subjects based on TOPSIS is constructed.Based on the analysis of the cognitive mode of the design subjects,the cognitive change trends of users and designers in the iterative process of product scheme is explored by using TOPSIS,game theory and cognitive investigation.The cognitive matching mechanism of design subjects based on TOPSIS is is constructed.The process of interaction between designers and users is simulated in a quantitative way.Second,the product Kansei image form evolution system based on cognitive matching of design subjects is constructed.Based on the cognitive matching model constructed of design subjects in the first part,combined with the cognitive evaluation process of different design subjects,the product Kansei image evaluation system is constructed as the fitness function of the evolution system.Combined with the idea that the change of human cognition promotes the product iteration,we apply genetic algorithm to realize the evolutionary design of product Kansei image form based on the cognitive matching of design subjects,which improves the output efficiency of product scheme to a great extent.Third,the cobweb grey target decision-making model of multi Kansei image based on the cognitive matching of design subjects is constructed.The potential relationship between product form and the Kansei image is explored from the perspective of grey system.The Kansei image relationship of each evolution scheme is represented by cobweb diagram in a concrete form.The cobweb grey target decision-making model of multi Kansei image is constructed to comprehensively analyse and evaluate the evolution scheme,which provides a new theoretical method for product decision-making of multi Kansei image.
