| With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous progress of social science and technology,the energy crisis has attracted great attention.In recent years,under the concept of low-carbon and green environment,the number of new energy vehicle companies in China has been increasing.China’s new energy vehicle industry is developing rapidly,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.A perfect performance evaluation system is helpful to the company to achieve its strategic objectives and promote the long-term development of the company.The research on the performance evaluation system of new energy automobile companies is very important for improving the enterprise performance management.Taking w automobile as an example,according to the problems existing in the company’s performance evaluation system,this paper builds a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system and gives corresponding suggestions for the problems.First of all,this paper collates the new energy vehicles,balanced scorecard evaluation methods and applications,financial performance and non-financial performance related literature research,summarizes and comments on the existing literature research,and outlines the relevant theoretical basis.On this basis,the company background of W automobile company is briefly described.Through the study of the existing performance evaluation system of W automobile company,it is found that there are some problems such as strong subjectivity of evaluation,incomplete evaluation indexes and unreasonable index weights,and the necessity of introducing Balanced Scorecard into w automobile company is proposed.Secondly,through the above analysis,combined with the actual situation and strategic objectives of enterprise development,a performance evaluation system matching w automobile company is built.Finally,based on the analysis of the evaluation results of the balanced scorecard,it is found that w automobile has financial problems such as high investment cost,low profitability,weak long-term solvency and high financial risk;In the non-financial aspect,there are problems such as imperfect internal operation process and insufficient motivation for learning and growth.In view of the problems analyzed,the corresponding performance management suggestions are put forward,including: in terms of financial performance,cost should be controlled and financing channels should be expanded;In terms of non-financial performance,we should improve internal processes and strengthen staff training.And put forward the safeguard measures of the application of Balanced Scorecard performance management system,so that enterprises can achieve the effect of improving performance management ability.The development prospects of new energy automobile companies are facing opportunities,but also some challenges and threats.Improving the feasible performance management mechanism will help to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and play an important role in the healthy development of new energy automobile enterprises. |
