In the mechanical system,the sealing ring plays an irreplaceable role,which can ensure that the internal working state of the mechanical system is in a stable condition and prevent the invasion of external pollution.Its structure and material properties play a key role in the operation state,service life and service strength of mechanical equipment.Due to the long test cycle of the seal ring,it is necessary to evaluate the life of the seal ring through many experiments,and the accelerated test method to reduce the life of the seal ring has become an important key technology research.Firstly,the wear mechanism and lubrication mechanism of the sealing ring in the reciprocating experiment are analyzed and studied,and the mathematical model of the leakage in the reciprocating sealing process is obtained by calculating the Reynolds equation.At the same time,according to the working parameters of the reciprocating seal experiment and the material characteristics of the seal ring,the boundary conditions,material characteristics and contact types of the simulation analysis are set,and the finite element simulation results of the reciprocating seal are obtained.According to the finite element simulation results and mathematical models,the liquid film thickness and leakage of the seal ring under different working pressures are obtained.Through the simulation analysis,it can be seen that with the increase of pressure,the liquid film thickness in operation decreases and the leakage also increases.Secondly,the experimental platform is built.It is designed and built through the equipment reference in Tianwan nuclear power station.Design a set of hydraulic system based on experiment.The hydraulic system can meet the needs of accelerated experiment.Select the corresponding sensor according to the physical quantity to be measured in the experiment,and develop a data acquisition system based on Lab VIEW to record and save the data.After that,through the analysis of the influencing factors of life and the sealing performance index,it is found that the sealing length and medium pressure are the acceleration factors of the sealing ring life,which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent acceleration experiment.Finally,based on the built test-bed,the life test and accelerated life test of the seal ring are carried out.Through the analysis of the surface morphology,weight loss state and seal life of the seal ring,the wear failure mechanism of the seal ring in the reciprocating seal is preliminarily judged.The data obtained from the experimental measurement are brought into the acceleration model derived based on the delamination wear theory for verification,and the band quantity in the acceleration model is obtained through calculation,so as to determine the specific numerical relationship of the acceleration model.The research results of this paper can provide some guidance and reference for accelerating the service life of reciprocating seals.
