Research On Organic Renewal Design Strategy Of Cultural Innovation Park In The Transformation Of Old Industrial Zone

Through the reading of the existing research literature and the existing practice,the development status of the cultural and creative park in the reconstruction of old industrial zone in Beijing,and based on the theory of organic renewal,sort out and put forward the organic renewal goals and principles of the cultural and creative park in the reconstruction of old industrial zone.This paper studies the status quo of four cultural and creative parks in Beijing from the aspects of the characteristics of external space,cultural context,industrial agglomeration and crowd behavior,and summarizes their problems and successful experiences.Finally,guided by the objective and principle of organic renewal theory,this paper puts forward the design strategy of organic renewal for the cultural and creative park in the reconstruction of old industrial zone from five aspects: shaping public space,inheriting cultural context,improving the quality of public space,adjusting industrial functions of the park and encouraging public participation.Specific ideas are as follows:Firstly,the paper introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and framework.The second chapter defines the concept of the old industrial zone and cultural and creative industrial park,and explains the status quo of the transformation of the old industrial zone in Beijing.The third chapter clarifies the relevant concepts of organic renewal theory and puts forward the organic renewal design method for the transformation of cultural and creative park of old industrial zone.The fourth chapter selects four cultural and creative parks in Beijing for field research and analysis.With the help of POI data analysis and review big data,it analyzes and obtains the characteristics of external space,cultural context,industrial agglomeration and crowd behavior of cultural and creative parks.Summarize the problems and successful experience in the case.The fifth chapter combines the theoretical research and investigation analysis,and puts forward the feasible organic renewal design strategy for the transformation of the old industrial park.Through the research on the transformation of the cultural and creative park in the old industrial zone of Beijing,this paper provides a good reference for the transformation of the old industrial zone and other cities in the future.Figure 73 Table 16 Reference 49...
