Research On Design Strategy Of Nanning B&B Under The Guidance Of Locai Construction Theory

In recent years,the national tourism and vacation and leisure tours around cities have developed rapidly,and the vigorous development of homestays has played a great role in promoting tourism.With the development of urban landscape resources and the improvement of tourism infrastructure,urban homestays have become a new hot spot in the development of tourism resources.As an important part of urban tourism development projects,B&B eco-industry has risen rapidly in China in recent years.In urban tourism,the holiday and leisure belt around the city can embrace the natural landscape resources around the city and absorb the historical and cultural characteristics of the city.In other types of homestay tourism industries in China,homestays attached to urban landscape resources gradually develop,become unique and become an important industry in the development of urban tourism.Under the background of urban tourism development,the theory and method of urban homestay design under the guidance of local construction theory has become a hot spot in homestay design.Its purpose is to solve the problem of architects’ design theory and strategy in the practice of homestay based on local regional characteristics.Through relevant theories,case studies and local investigations at home and abroad,it is found that the design of Nanning B&B generally lacks the theoretical and strategic guidance of local construction.Therefore,this study combined with Nanning landscape resources to analyze the value of Nanning B&B,summed up the basic table characteristics of Nanning B&B.On this basis,this paper puts forward the corresponding design strategies under the guidance of local construction theory.Finally,it makes practice and feedback on specific cases of the strategies proposed in this study.The first and second chapters of this paper summarize all kinds of research on B&B,local construction theory and related theories at home and abroad,and summarize the research framework,design strategies and elements of local construction theory.The third chapter of this paper summarizes the natural landscape resources,tourism infrastructure,types,characteristics and distribution of urban homestays in Nanning.At the same time,the representative homestays in Nanning are investigated on the spot and analyzed from the perspective of local construction.Finally,the main contents of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 are summarized,Combining the commonness and characteristics of homestay design under the guidance of local construction theory,The corresponding design strategies are put forward,which involve the design strategies of early planning,architectural space,place spirit demand,technology and material application,historical humanities and economy and operation management.The fourth chapter of this paper is based on the third chapter of the local construction theory under the guidance of Nanning B&B design strategy,in order to do architectural design of Nanning Le Shell Green Mountain Garden B&B,and this practice to demonstrate the strategy proposed in this paper.The fifth chapter of this paper makes conclusions and prospects for the overall content of this paper,explains the innovation of this paper and describes the practical problems that can be solved by the design strategy proposed in this paper,which provides a reference for the future research and practice of urban tourism homestay design.
