Tractor is the main power source of various agricultural machinery.In China 2025 plan,it is clearly pointed out that the development of equipment reliability technology and its application should be strengthened.As the key component of the gearbox,the health status of the separated bearing of the tractor has a crucial impact on whether agriculture is efficient and safe in production.Mastering the degradation law of separation bearings and the factors affecting their life can prompt early warning to maintenance personnel in time,replace defective bearings in advance,thereby reducing maintenance costs,shortening downtime and improving operational efficiency,which is of guiding significance to users.Under the background of deep integration of artificial intelligence and industry,it is of basic significance to study and verify the model-based bearing fault diagnosis and remaining life prediction algorithm.In view of the above situation,this paper designs a tractor separation bearing life prediction test bench with high degree of automation and can simulate the real shift condition,and carries out vibration acquisition test and life prediction test of the separation bearing.The main research contents are as follows :(1)Mechanical structure design and analysis of the test bench.Combined with the structure and working principle of the separation bearing,according to the functional requirements of the test bench,the main structure,spindle and loading system of the test bench are designed.The inner diameter of the cylinder is 50 mm,the stroke is 200 mm,the average gas consumption is 63.23 L / min,and the maximum gas consumption is 150.75L/min.Based on Ansys workbench software,the statics and modal analysis of the spindle are carried out.The maximum stress occurs at the connection between the spindle and the first support bearing,and the maximum stress is 201.61 MPa.The spindle strength meets the requirements.the maximum deformation value is 0.15543 mm,and the deformation is small;the maximum displacement of the first six order vibration of the spindle is 61.429 mm,and the critical speed is 28045.8 r /min.(2)Design and test of data acquisition system for separating bearings.A data acquisition system for tractor separating bearing is developed based on Lab VIEW.The simulation test of the separation bearing was carried out.By collecting the vibration signal of the separation bearing,the influence of different clutch frequencies on the life of the separation bearing was studied.In the two groups of tests,when the rotational speed is 800 r/ min and the interval is 9 S,the life of the separation bearing is higher.This also shows that the life of the separation bearing is higher when the separation frequency is lower,and it is found from the vibration signal of the operation cycle that the amplitude of the separation bearing will gradually increase at a faster rate when the separation bearing begins to degenerate.(3)Life prediction based on LSTM network.The applicability and basic principle of LSTM network application in life prediction and the process of separation bearing life prediction are expounded.The LSTM network model is constructed to predict the life of two test data.By comparing the real value with the predicted value,the results are as follows : the root mean square error of the separation bearing 1 is 2.9864,the average absolute error is 1.0251,and the mean square error is 1.9730.The root mean square error of separation bearing 2 is 3.3825,the average absolute error is 1.078,and the mean square error is 2.3825.The mean square error of the two groups of bearings is 3.18445,the mean absolute error is 1.05155,and the mean square error is 2.17775.The results show that when the hidden layer node is 200,the number of hidden layers is 6,the batch size is 100,the number of iterations is 200,the Droupout layer is 0.5,the learning rate is 0.005,and the parameter setting of the optimizer is Adms,the life prediction model of the separation bearing based on LSTM network can predict the life of the separation bearing accurately and the learning ability of the unknown data is also strong.The separation bearing life prediction test bench designed in this paper can not only help researchers to master the degradation law of the separation bearing during operation,but also observe the vibration changes of the separation bearing under different clutch frequencies,which provides an experimental basis for the improvement of the separation bearing and the application of the deep learning technology,and has certain theoretical value and engineering significance.
