Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,culture and technology,the pace of work and life is accelerating,and people are under great pressure every day and must concentrate on solving various sudden problems and conflicts.Traditional Chinese medicine is unique in health care,with guiding principles and effective methods for physical regimen in sub-healthy states.The integration of modern science and technology with the frontier exploration of promoting the development of Chinese medicine treatment business,and the combination with the Internet is also a necessary way to accelerate the intelligent transformation.This project explores new intelligent TCM health regimen scenarios,by developing a TCM health regimen platform based on an intelligent portable pulse diagnostic instrument,realizing users’ health testing at home,long-term regimen for chronic diseases and subhealth problems,dietary regimen from the perspective of TCM,awakening people’s awareness of the importance of subhealth,trying to modernize and transform traditional TCM research,accumulating more health data for the subsequent TCM Intelligent transformation to provide better data support,so that users can better understand TCM,maintain a healthy physique,and develop good living habits starting from their usual life.Under the guidance of the four diagnosis theories and the eight syllabuses of Chinese medicine,this project uses the STP theory to analyze the intelligent Chinese medicine health market,find the market breakthrough,find the direction and value of the R&D design,and determine the feasibility of the design from it;through the user research method,questionnaire interviews and other forms,analyze the user demand for intelligent portable pulse diagnosis instrument,and summarize the user demand pattern for intelligent Chinese medicine health products;through the KANO model to collect user functional requirements and convert user requirements into product requirements.In the process of product design,the user demand model for TCM diagnostic products was applied and improved,while patient portrait data was predicted and functional requirements were prioritized and classified,thus condensing the system positioning and providing a basis for product design practice.On this basis,we conducted product practice,deduced information architecture from functional architecture,conducted user usability testing based on corporate internship,analyzed existing products and defects in the process,and then optimized and upgraded the product form and mechanical function structure for design refinement and finalization of the solution.The product prototypes are then tested again based on the prototypes,and the results are analyzed in order to come up with new optimization iterations for continuous research.
