| BVR cable is a kind of copper core PVC insulated soft wire,which is widely used in fixing soft wiring occasions.In the traditional BVR cable winding process,when the cable winding defects,generally through manual observation of the winding state and manual adjustment of the production parameters of the cable winding machine formula,to achieve cable winding adjustment.However,in the actual production process,the time of winding defects in coiling cables is uncertain.If the operator fails to find the winding defects in time or lacks adjustment experience,it may lead to continuous output of winding cables with winding defects,which will affect the economic benefit.In view of the above problems,this paper studies on the basis of visual detection technology and expert experience knowledge base,and proposes a method to detect and adjust cable winding defects.The method discriminates the winding state by extracting the peak points on the coiled cable contour,alarms when the cable winding defects occur,and generates the production parameter formula of cable winding according to the discriminant results and expert experience knowledge base to assist manual adjustment of cable winding.Improve the situation of continuous production of coiled cables with winding defects due to delayed discovery or inexperience by manual.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)The hardware selection and installation of visual detection system are completed by analyzing the target characteristics of coiled cable and combining with machine vision technology.Aiming at the distortion problem after image acquisition,camera calibration experiment is carried out to reduce the influence of distortion on detection accuracy.The collected image preprocessing,first by taking monochrome method combined with the adaptive threshold segmentation method successfully completed cable profile part and the background segmentation,and then by using gaussian filtering method combined with image filling algorithm to reduce the interference of the noise of image,at last,an edge detection algorithm for cable contour is extracted,ensure the accuracy of the subsequent processing.(2)Through the peak point detection algorithm based on contour segmentation,the outer cable contour peak point of coiled cable is detected.According to the different characteristics of peak points detected in different winding defect states,the winding state of the coiled cable is detected.Combined with the practical application,a kind of expert experience knowledge base based on conditional rules is established by using the expert experience knowledge base,and the modified production parameter formula of cable winding is generated by the expert experience knowledge base.(3)QT and OPENCV are used to design the software system to assist manual winding adjustment.The test results show that when the cable winding defects occur,the accuracy of detection system to identify the winding defects and alarm can reach 97%,and the adjustment efficiency of referring to the correction formula is close to that of experienced operators.Experimental results show that the cable winding defect detection and adjustment method can distinguish cable winding defect status,good auxiliary artificial adjust cable reel,reduce due to insufficient workers experience or found not timely lead to economic losses,provide reference for the realization of the automatic cable roll defects regulating,has certain feasibility and practicability. |
