| The core measure of the "Made in China 2025" is to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing which is the only way for the transformation and upgrading of my country’s traditional manufacturing industry to become intelligent,efficient and low-carbon.The fundamental driving force of the goal,and intelligent manufacturing process optimization is a very critical link in the development of intelligent manufacturing.Efficient and low-input intelligent manufacturing processes can enable enterprises to more effectively integrate resources for healthy development,thereby improving the operational efficiency of the entire manufacturing business process.carbonized.Manufacturing process optimization has become a research hotspot in the development of intelligent manufacturing.This thesis mainly studies the warehouse management process and manufacturing business process optimization for intelligent manufacturing,and mainly completes the following tasks:(1)An optimization model of warehouse storage space allocation process is proposed based on the common problem of warehouse storage space allocation in enterprises.The taboo search and multi-space parallel iteration are combined to solve the model based on the artificial bee colony algorithm to improve the efficiency and safety of the warehouse.This method improves the search performance of the algorithm and is conducive to improving the utilization of the warehouse.rate and safety factor.(2)On the basis of the optimization of cargo space allocation,an optimization model of cargo picking process based on ant colony algorithm is proposed.A sorting mechanism is added to improve the pheromone update rules based on the ant colony algorithm,and the local search algorithm is integrated to improve the overall optimization performance of the algorithm.The method reduces the moving distance of the work object in the picking process,improves the efficiency of goods picking,and reduces the time cost and labor input.(3)A manufacturing business process optimization method is proposed based on cargo space allocation and cargo picking process optimization.The Petri net is used to build an enterprise manufacturing business process optimization model,and the actual processes of the enterprise are mapped into the process.Split refactoring optimization.The method aims to improve the overall operation efficiency of manufacturing,reduce time costs and maximize enterprise benefits through optimization and improvement of local processes and reconstruction of overall business processes. |
