Study Of The Risk Management For IoT Chips Which Implemented In Home Appliance Manufaturing

With the continuous development and change of social economy and information technology,people have higher requirements for the quality of life and putting forward higher requirements for the safety,comfort and efficiency of home environment.The combination of Internet of Things and intelligent products plays an increasingly important role in people’s life.It can be seen that the IoT chip is an important part of the IoT home electronic appliances,and its particularity is completely different from other parts which required another strategy mode to adopting to the design,research,developing and procurement.For home appliance enterprises that do not research and produce IoT chips by themselves,the majority of the enterprises adopt the procurement mode of direct procurement or cooperative development for chips.Therefore,from the perspective of supply chain risk management,the enterprises need to be regarded as the top priority to avoid supply shortage and subsequent production which resulted from the factor which previous mentioned.The full text first expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,and briefly summarizes the relevant basic theories and research status at home and abroad.After that,it defines different types of procurement modes,including fully autonomous,semi autonomous and other dependent.It analyzes the factors from the aspects of technology research and development,cost control,benefit objectives,market response,quality integration and coordination control,and obtains the analysis results of the control factors of procurement risk.Then,starting from the procurement process,the procurement risk system is established according to the influencing factors in the procurement process.Using the risk matrix calculation,the risk factors of the three types of enterprises are calculated under the same risk identification system.The risk of chip procurement strategy under constraints is further elaborated,so as to draw different risk factors faced by fully autonomous,semi autonomous and other dependent household appliance enterprises,and then find the corresponding risk management according to different risk factors.Finally,the paper summarizes and analyzes the innovation and limitations of the paper.
