As people pay more and more attention to sustainable development,the concept of energy saving and emission reduction has become more deeply rooted.In the field of air conditioning.the performance of the compressor directly determines the cooling and heating conversion and blowing effect of the air conditioner when it is working.Because of its simple and flexible structure,low loss,low temperature rise,and high efficiency,PMSM has gradually replaced the traditional asynchronous motor as the core drive motor of the air-conditioning compressor.The low-carbon and environmentally friendly advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motors make them widely used in different fields such as aerospace,robots,automobiles,home appliances,etc.Therefore,the in-depth study of permanent magnet synchronous motors to adapt to different environmental objects is very meaningful.The main content of this paper is based on the control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,taking the air-conditioning compressor as the research object,analyzing the possible problems of the driving motor part in its work,and then proposing corresponding solutions.First of all,in the context of FOC,SVPWM is used to enable PMSM to work at ideal efficiency.Secondly,considering that the air conditioner compressor is often faced with a relatively harsh and complex environment when working,On the basis of the lack of traditional PI control capabilities,combined with intelligent fuzzy control to optimize the performance of PMSM.The fuzzy PI controller in the PMSM system can better deal with the harsh environment with complex internal elements such as air conditioning.In addition,in the actual operation of the air-conditioning compressor,the periodic load pulsation caused by the structure itself has a great influence on the compressor.When the compressor control system cannot cope with such load disturbances,the motor speed will fluctuate correspondingly periodically,which will affect the normal working effect of the air conditioner service life.For the air-conditioning system,the noise problem is fatal.Therefore,an improved repetitive control method is proposed to solve the periodic load disturbance problem.The fuzzy control is combined with the repetitive control in the way of inserting parallel to form a composite controller.In the form of simulation,the paper analyzes the effectiveness of the solutions proposed by permanent magnet synchronous motor to deal with specific problems under MATLAB/Simulink.The conclusion shows that the composite control scheme designed in this paper can better improve the problem of motor speed fluctuation under periodic load disturbance.Finally,the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system platform is built to verify the reliability of the circuit board designed in this paper.The actual system consists of a control board and a driver board,and its structure mainly includes a DSP main control circuit,a power drive circuit,and some signal acquisition and position sensor circuits.The control board design is mainly used for SVPWM algorithm realization,inverter control,current and voltage signal acquisition,position signal feedback and other functions.The drive board mainly realizes the functions of AC rectification,inverter power supply and drive protection.
