| Since the 20th century,China’s higher education has developed rapidly.The construction status of colleges and universities in Xi’an and the changes of students’ living needs.Under such a background environment,the allocation demand of students’ living supporting facilities for the living needs of students in Xi’an is an urgent problem to be solved.After the author personally experienced the project of canteen renovation and function reconstruction in Yanta campus of Xi’an University of architecture and technology,combined with visiting and investigating various representative colleges and universities in Xi’an,investigating the layout and current situation of life service facilities inside and outside the school,analyzing and studying,so as to summarize the allocation principles and suggestions of life service facilities in Colleges and universities in Xi’an.The research object of this film is the life supporting facilities,that is,the functions other than the two main facilities in the living area,namely the student dormitory and canteen,including the construction and configuration status of retail,catering,service and public activity facilities,including the non-profit facilities managed by the school and the student life supporting facilities supplemented by social logistics.This paper is divided into six chapters,according to the theoretical background,current situation research to theoretical analysis,strategy proposed to write the related content of living facilities.The first chapter is the introduction,which includes the concept definition,research significance and relevant theoretical results of contemporary university life supporting facilities,so as to lay a good foundation for the follow-up research work.The second chapter includes the development and evolution of college life supporting facilities,the development and evolution of relevant norms and the change of College Students’ life mode,which provides a basis for the classification of subsequent life supporting facilities from a dynamic perspective.The third chapter is the main chapter of the research.According to the size of students and the situation of the same type of supporting facilities outside the school,the26 campuses are classified to obtain their equivalent area,and the area scale and layout location of various types of living supporting facilities are investigated and classified.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems of living supporting facilities from both subjective and objective aspects.On the one hand,according to the questionnaire survey,common problems can be found.On the other hand,according to the current situation survey,the current situation and existing problems of the four types of facilities of retail,catering,service and activity are put forward.The fifth chapter is based on the previously obtained information on the status quo,function category,area scale and location of facilities,combined with the three aspects of students’ use,satisfaction and expectation of school facilities obtained from the questionnaire,to make a comparative calculation and analysis,and draw the corresponding more accurate conclusion.The sixth chapter puts forward the principles and Strategies of the allocation of living supporting facilities.The principles include the principle of distribution on demand,the principle of diversity and the principle of reasonable distribution.The strategy is to make suggestions on the selection,area scale and location of living supporting facilities.In the last part,it summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper,and puts new expectations on the development of this research. |
