In recent years,real-time logistics services have become more and more popular,and the problem of real-time logistics has gradually become one of the hot issues concerned by the society.With the continuous improvement of real-time logistics demand and the continuous enrichment of business scenarios,it is common for major real-time distribution platforms to compete fiercely through price war.As a real-time distribution platform serving large and medium-sized catering and retail enterprises,H platform’s chain catering business has been impacted by the price war.How to balance the cost and service quality has become a key problem that needs to be solved urgently.Firstly,this paper analyzes the existing distribution strategy of H instant distribution platform chain catering business,and summarizes the two major problems of "high distribution cost" and "poor cooperation between distributors and chain catering store employees" under the current distribution strategy.In order to solve these two problems,the "crowdsourcing in store" strategy and its applicable conditions are proposed.On this basis,a capacity scheduling model based on crowdsourcing revenue incentive is established,and an improved gray wolf algorithm is proposed to solve it.Finally,the case study and effect analysis are carried out.It is found that compared with genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and traditional gray wolf algorithm,the results obtained by the improved gray wolf algorithm are the best,and the results are better than those before the optimization of distribution strategy,which can effectively improve the current problems of H instant distribution platform chain catering business.At the same time,it also has a certain reference value for the formulation of other instant distribution platform distribution strategies that meet the problems studied in this paper.The innovation of this paper is to combine the actual situation of H instant distribution platform chain catering business,introduce the consumer utility coefficient function,and establish a crowdsourcing capacity scheduling model based on crowdsourcing revenue incentive,which directly links customer satisfaction with the revenue of crowdsourcing distributors,and takes into account customer satisfaction,platform cost and the revenue of crowdsourcing distributors.This thesis contains 22 graphs,30 charts and 69 references.
