With the rapid development of economy and society, the connection between cities is getting closer and closer, and the number of intercity travelers is increasing. As an important hub node for intercity travel, airports play an important role in the evacuation of intercity travelers. This paper takes the outbound passengers of the Capital Airport as the research object, and analyzes the influencing factors that affect the choice of public transportation mode and the passenger flow of public transportation for outbound passengers at the airport. The research results can provide a scientific basis for the airport to formulate an efficient connection plan for arriving passengers. The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)Extraction of travel trajectory data of outbound passengers at the airport.Based on Beijing IC card data and taxi GPS data, the data is cleaned with the help of Pandas,Geo Pandas and other modules in Python, and 261,630 pieces of airport outbound passenger travel trajectory data are extracted. The extracted data fields mainly include travel mode, starting and ending latitude and longitude, entry and exit station number, departure time and arrival time,etc.(2)Analysis of public transportation travel behavior of airport outbound passengers and spatial distribution of passenger flow.Cross-contingency analysis was used to explore the similarities and differences of passenger transportation mode choices under different attributes. The results showed that there were significant differences in passenger public transportation mode choices under different temperatures, rainfall intensity, travel time period and travel distance.Using visualization technology to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of passenger flow, the results show that in the administrative areas adjacent to the Capital Airport, the proportion of taxi trips is significantly higher than that of subways, and the proportion of subway trips in administrative areas with farther distances is higher than that of taxis.(3)Analysis of the influencing factors on the choice of public transportation modes for outbound passengers at the airport.Travel attributes and weather attributes are selected as explanatory variables, and a binomial logistic regression model of airport outbound passenger transportation mode selection is constructed for analysis. The results show that in the morning and evening rush hours, medium and long-distance(≥20km)travel,hot and high temperature weather and rainy weather, airport exit passengers are more likely to choose subway travel.Among them, the probability of choosing the subway in the morning peak is 2.335 times that of the rest of the time, the probability of choosing the subway in rainy weather is 3.653 times that of no rain, the probability of choosing the subway for a travel distance of more than 30 km is 1.921 times. The probability is 1.229 times that at comfortable temperature.(4)Analysis of influencing factors of airport outbound passenger flow.A negative binomial model of the passenger flow of two public transport modes, airport departure taxi and subway,is constructed respectively to reveal the influence of destination attribute, rainfall attribute and travel attribute on the airport departure passenger flow. The results show that street taxis and subways have more passenger flow with more population;street taxis with higher average house price have more passenger flow and less subway passenger flow;under rainy weather, taxi and subway passenger flow Compared with the short-distance travel, the taxi passenger flow decreases and the subway passenger flow increases; The decrease in subway traffic and the increase in subway passenger flow are mainly due to the increase of road network congestion during peak hours and the decrease of taxi travel time.
