| In recent years,people have higher and higher requirements for food quality,and urban fresh supermarkets need frequent replenishment to ensure the freshness of their goods.Therefore,how to reduce the distribution cost of fresh goods plays a very important role in reducing the total cost of fresh goods when selling.At present,the distribution mode of fresh goods for urban fresh supermarkets is mainly separate distribution mode and joint distribution mode.This paper first studies the optimization problem of fresh goods separate distribution in urban fresh supermarkets.Considering the characteristics of road network under urban conditions and the characteristics of fresh goods in the distribution of energy consumption and carbon emissions,the time-varying road network and carbon emission factors are also taken into account.On the basis of individual distribution research,this paper studies the common distribution optimization problem of fresh goods under time-varying road network.After joint distribution compared with single lower distribution costs can be regarded as a joint distribution of interests,the rationality of the distribution of interests is an important factor to influence joint distribution is stable,in this paper,on the basis of separate distribution and joint distribution optimization continue to research how the joint distribution of interests are assigned to each distribution enterprises.The main research of this paper is as follows:(1)Analysis of relevant theories and concepts.Firstly,the relevant concepts of fresh goods are sorted out and analyzed,the definition of fresh goods and the characteristics of fresh goods distribution are analyzed.This paper studies the theory of cold chain logistics and summarizes the concept and distribution characteristics of cold chain logistics.The paper sorted out the related problems of joint distribution,sorted out and analyzed the mode of joint distribution,advantages of joint distribution and difficulties in implementation.Finally,it summarizes the profit source and the principle of profit distribution in joint distribution.(2)Construction and case analysis of separate distribution model of fresh goods under time-varying road network.Facing to city fresh supermarket distribution enterprise separate distribution for the study of scenes,at a fixed cost,manpower,and cooling costs,carbon emissions,vehicle transportation cost,time Windows penalty cost and cost with target of minimizing the total cost of the damage,built in the city under the scenario of fresh goods distribution model separately,and then designs a genetic algorithm,In addition,three fresh commodity distribution enterprises in J city are selected as examples to verify the correctness of the model,and the results prove that the model and algorithm run well.(3)Construction and case analysis of the common distribution model of fresh goods under time-varying road network.In chapter 3 fresh goods distribution,on the basis of alone in a city fresh supermarket distribution enterprise joint distribution for the study of scenes,at a fixed cost,manpower,and cooling costs,carbon emissions,vehicle transportation cost,time Windows penalty cost and cost and total cost for damage,build the raw commodity distribution enterprise joint distribution model,Then,a hybrid genetic algorithm is designed,and three fresh commodity distribution enterprises in J city are taken as examples to verify the joint distribution model and algorithm,and the results prove that the model and algorithm work well.(4)Construction and case analysis of profit distribution model of common distribution of fresh commodities.Firstly compare several profit distribution methods and choose the Shapley value method,at the same time,considering the influence to the profit distribution of the positive and negative influence of the factors,are factors that affect refers to the distribution enterprises in the investment in the joint distribution of resources including: refrigeration and labor costs,distribution enterprise service fresh supermarket quantity and number of refrigerator car sent;The negative influence factor refers to several factors that affect the quality of distribution,including: penalty cost for late delivery and cost of goods damage.AHP method is used to improve Shapley value method,and the example of joint distribution above is used to verify the improved Shapley.There are 37 figures,45 tables and 67 references. |
