With the rapid development of China’s economy,people have higher requirements on the transport speed of long-distance,trans-regional and large-flow rail transit.However,due to the restriction of wheel-rail adhesion and bow network relationship,it is very difficult to further improve the speed level of wheel-rail trains.Because of its characteristics of no wheel rail,no bow net,and no contact with the ground,high-speed maglev trains can achieve faster running speed than wheeled rail trains.It can effectively fill the speed gap between high-speed rail and air transportation,and is of great significance to China’s rail transit and even the entire economic and social development.In this thesis,the operation principle of high-speed maglev train and on-board linear generator technology are introduced in detail.On this basis,the long stator linear synchronous motor of high-speed maglev train is studied and analyzed,mainly analyzing the electromagnetic force variation and the linear generator generation characteristics during the train operation.The research focus is mainly divided into the following three aspects:Firstly,the air gap flux density of long stator linear synchronous motor is analytically calculated by magnetic conductivity function method,and the harmonic analysis of air gap flux density is carried out.The electromagnetic force of the motor and the induced voltage of the linear generator are calculated by means of mathematical integration.Then the linear synchronous motor is analyzed based on ANSYS finite element analysis software.The electromagnetic force fluctuation is reduced by optimizing the pole distance of the rotor and the traction force and suspension force are decoupled by the control principle of magnetic field orientation.On this basis,the electromagnetic characteristics of different stator current and different excitation current are studied,and the influence of linear generator current on traction force and suspension force is analyzed.Finally,five typical train running attitudes are studied,which are air gap height change,running speed change,pitch,lateral deviation and rolling.The variation of air gap flux density,electromagnetic force and induction voltage of linear generator under these five operating attitudes is analyzed emphatically.Then,the influence of changing stator and rotor parameters on electromagnetic force and linear generator under different operating attitudes is analyzed.It provides some reference for the research of traction suspension system and on-board linear power generation of high speed maglev train.
