With the development of the economy,China’s urbanization process has accelerated.The expansion of the city scale leads to the intensification of the job-housing separation.It’s difficult for the major cities to solve the problem of traffic congestion.Citizens put forward higher requirements for travel quality.Therefore,a new auxiliary bus mode-the customized bus emerged and that is oriented to passenger flow demand.The customized bus can concentrate on similar demands of passengers.The customized bus adopts a single-person,single-seat,even a regular and direct operation mode.This mode provides passengers with a high-quality travel experience,attracting people to public transportation.At the same time,it can relieve traffic congestion and reduce pollution.The rationality of the customized bus route planning directly affects its long-term development.As for the customized bus,there are two major difficulties in scientific planning and passenger flow attraction at present.According to the principal,the traffic planning should be moderately advanced.The customized bus opens vacant seats,attracts non-reservation passengers to cultivate the customized bus passenger flow.Besides,this paper studies the route planning problems of the customized bus under the influence of not only the long-term booking passengers but also the no-reservation passengers.This paper looks for potential long-term reservation passenger flow then plans carpooling stations.On this basis,considering the condition of non-reservation passengers,a new route planning model is developed.To provide some valuable ideas for the long-term development of the customized bus,the main research work is as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the results of customized bus from home and abroad and clarifies the characteristics and positioning of them.At the same time,clarifying the characteristics and positioning of the customized bus by comparing customized public transport with different modes of public transport and different modes of auxiliary public transport.Then,to construct a mathematical model that meets the characteristics of the customized bus,this paper aims at the characteristics of the research problem and analyzes the relevant theories of site selection and route planning.Secondly,this paper finds potential stable reservation passenger flow through bus IC card data and improves K-means clustering algorithm by taking the number of passengers at the station into account.According to the actual situation,customized bus stations are set at existing bus stops.The method can improve the effectiveness of customized bus routes,and is beneficial to the rational planning of customized bus routes.Thirdly,this paper opens unreserved vacant seats for passengers.The fuzzy variables are used to deal with the number of non-reserved passengers.Based on the fuzzy credibility theory,it introduces subjective decision value of the decision maker to establish a customized bus route planning model with fuzzy chance constraints.The model aims to maximize operational benefits,maximize coverage and minimize penalties for low service rates from the corporate and social levels.And set length constraints,time constraints,full load rate constraints and other constraints in line with the characteristics of the customized bus.NSGA-II genetic algorithm with fuzzy simulation method is designed to solve the problem.Finally,taking city A as an example,this paper analyzes the actual basic situation,gathers the travel characteristics information,and selects the research area.The customized bus routes are designed with the survey results,the IC card data,the algorithm of station selecting,and the route planning model proposed above.In the end,customized bus route planning schemes and suggestions for city A are put forward.There are 44 figures,14 tables and 71 references.
