With the rapid development of my country’s science and technology,information,economy and other fields,it has laid an important foundation for high-speed railway in the transportation industry.The high-speed railway has fast train operation speed,short tracking interval and frequent technical operations in the station.Due to the complex operation environment and high sensitivity of high-speed railway operation,in order to adapt to the characteristics of high-speed railway operation and improve the technical operation efficiency of the station at the same time,The feasibility and real-time performance of the adjustment and optimization of the station operation plan need to be continuously improved.The application and allocation of the route in the throat area of the station and track platform is the key point of the preparation and adjustment of the operation plan,which needs to be continuously studied to meet the field operations.According to the characteristics of equipment application and train operation technology of passenger station of high-speed railway,taking the route in the throat area and track platform as the research object,the theoretical knowledge of station resource utilization and train operation technology is analyzed in the paper,so as to reasonably distribute the train technical operation plan in the preparation stage and adjustment stage,improve the utilization rate of station equipment and passenger service satisfaction,and reduce the impact of delay in the station and railway road network.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The adjustment and optimization method of train operation plan in high-speed railway passenger station is proposed.Considering route conflict constraints,train tracking interval constraints and relevant constraints on the application of track platform,the mathematical model aiming at improving the utilization balance of equipment in the station and the short running distance of trains in the station is established.Designed the genetic algorithm to solve the model,the simulation of an actual case verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm.(2)When the train is delayed and the route in the throat area of the station adopts one-time releasing mode,this thesis proposed the optimization algorithm of train technical operation plan in the adjustment stage.On the basis of making rational use of space-time resources,the constraints to ensure traffic safety are fully considered,the mathematical model aiming at minimizing the delay time and using the fixed arrival departure track as much as possible is established,the improved discrete teaching and learning optimization(IDTLBO)algorithm is designed to solve the model,and the established model and algorithm are verified by the data of Jinan west station.(3)When the train is delayed and the route in the throat area of the station adopts the sectional releasing mode,this thesis proposed the optimization algorithm of train technical operation plan in the adjustment stage.Based on the model of one-time releasing mode,the utilization of resources in the throat area of the station is elaborated according to the principle of route section releasing,continued to use IDTLBO algorithm to solve the model,and compared and analyzed the results with the route one-time releasing mode,which proved that the delay recovery result is better under the section releasing mode.The data of small passenger station is selected for experiment again,it is proved that the model and algorithm are more suitable for large passenger stations.(4)In order to improve the question of long computing time of IDTLBO algorithm,a time-division scheduling strategy is designed and integrated with IDTLBO algorithm.Again,the experimental analysis of the case in the section releasing mode showed that the operation time is reduced by 42%.
