Our country’s urban rail transit system mainly operates independently for each line,and passengers usually need to transfer to travel.Transfer not only seriously affects the travel experience of passengers,but the large passenger flow at transfer stations also brings great pressure to operating companies.The cross-line operation of trains has changed from the traditional "passenger transfer" to "train cross-line",which can provide passengers with direct and fast travel services and improve the travel efficiency of passengers.In addition,cross-line operation helps to reasonably configure the distribution of network capacity,adapt to the characteristics of unbalanced passenger flow demand,reduce waste of capacity,and reduce the operating cost of companies.Aiming at the problem of train cross-line operation between subway and suburban railway,this paper discusses the compilation method of cross-line train operation scheme.On this basis,considering the behavior of each operating entity to maximize its own profits,research the negotiation mode and strategy between operating entities,and obtain the final train cross-line operation scheme.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Taking the maximization of the increased revenue of the subway company under the cross-line operation and the maximization of the passenger’s time-saving cost as the objective function,a certain rate of return is used to ensure the income of the suburban railway after the cross-line operation,and the line capacity,full load rate level and the number of available vehicle are as the constraints to construct a mixed-integer nonlinear programming model.The decision variables in this model are the departure frequency of various types of trains,cross-line section and the rate of track access charges.The model was processed by linearization and solved using CPLEX software.The case results show that the optimized cross-line operation scheme can increase the revenue of the subway company and the suburban railway company by 38% and 10%respectively compared with the independent operation;the total time saved by passengers reaches 61,912 minutes.At the same time,the flexible and variable track access charge rate can avoid the subway company’s excessive expenses and search for more feasible operation schemes,so as to obtain a better cross-line operation scheme than the fixed rate.(2)Considering the differences in the objectives of subway and suburban railway operators,describe the negotiation process of track access charge pricing and cross-line operation scheme,and solve the optimal rate and train cross-line operation scheme acceptable to both companies.The negotiation is divided into two situations: complete information and incomplete information.Under complete information,the two companies will negotiate by making offers in turn,and seek a Pareto improvement to obtain the final scheme;under incomplete information,in order to reduce transaction costs and reach an agreement as soon as possible,the two companies deal with the alternatives by seeking an equilibrium solution,and then obtain the optimal solution on this basis.Compared with the subway company setting a certain suburban railway revenue guarantee coefficient,the method of negotiating the final scheme can give the suburban railway company the opportunity to obtain more revenue,and at the same time can maximize the system benefits.The negotiation method is more in line with the actual situation that the two entities negotiate and formulate the cross-line operation scheme.
