| In this paper,the corresponding fault diagnosis algorithm and model are studied for the stator inter-turn short-circuit fault of induction motor.Firstly,the stator inter-turn short-circuit fault model is constructed based on the multi-loop method and verified by simulation and experiment,which establishes the basis for the implementation and verification of the fault diagnosis algorithm.Secondly,an inter-turn short-circuit fault diagnosis method of motor stator winding based on instantaneous active power and electromagnetic torque is proposed.Finally,the normal parameters of the motor are estimated based on the state observer,and the fault rate and fault phase are determined by residual analysis.Main works completed in this dissertation includes:(1)The main fault types of induction motor are introduced,and the existing motor fault on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis methods at home and abroad are summarized.This paper defines the research objectives and introduces the main research contents of this paper;(2)The research is carried out around the inter turn short circuit fault model of induction motor stator winding based on multi loop method,and the simulation model and ground test platform are built around the model for simulation and experimental verification,so as to provide theoretical and simulation basis for the subsequent fault diagnosis methods.(3)A fault diagnosis method for inter-turn short-circuit of motor stator winding based on the characteristic signal is proposed.Finally,the simulation and experimental verification are carried out.The results show that the fault diagnosis of motor can be realized by using the 6N ± 2 harmonic component of instantaneous active power and electromagnetic torque through threshold judgment(4)Based on the state observer,the normal parameters of the motor are estimated,and the fault rate and fault phase are determined by residual analysis;Finally,the proposed method is verified by simulation and experiment.The results show that the state observer can well estimate the current of normal motor,and the degree and location of stator turn to turn short circuit fault of motor can be well judged by analyzing the residual.Figures: 41,References: 61. |
