| Current studies mostly focus on passenger in an airport layout of airport,neglect to give priority to the layout of the airport freight.This paper starts from the perspective of the whole process of air express business,study the internal layout of air express hub and its relationship with airport air side,while considering the air express hub as a link to help realize the flow of express delivery.This paper puts forward the internal layout scheme of air express hub planning and construction in the airport by air express enterprises,and illustrates it with an practical example,which has reference significance for the cooperation between enterprises and airports.First of all,this paper introduces the concept and characteristics of air transport operation process,freight hub airport,briefly introduces the development of foreign air express hub,and defines the air express hub which studied in this paper.As China’s air express industry has achieved rapid development in recent years,the research on air express hub is basically defined as air express transfer center at present,while the air express hub mentioned in this paper refers to a certain express airline settled in the freight hub airport as the main operating airline,the express airline’s base in the airport is the air express hub.An then,this section describes common system layout methods,and proposed SLP method for research.Secondly,this paper introduces the business process of air express,the objectives,principles and influencing factors of the layout of air express hub,as well as the basic assumptions of this paper.After further analyzing the existing problems of SLP method,this paper makes appropriate improvements to SLP method by considering the restriction of runway configuration on internal plane layout of air express hub as well as considering traffic factors,eventually puts forward the application principle of improved SLP method in the layout planning of air express hub.Then,this paper introduces dscribes the functional area of air express hub,divides the logistics function area and the non-logistics function area.Based on the above,the implementation steps of improving SLP method in air express hub layout planning are put forward.Finally,this paper studies the layout planning of internal functional area of air express hub by improving SLP method,taking the construction of Yuantong Air express hub in Jiaxing airport as an example,by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method the evaluation result is good,and the evaluation result is analyzed.It is verified that the layout method proposed in this paper can provide theoretical basis and decision support for the internal layout of air express hubs in China.There are 20 figures,11 tables and 52 references. |
