Research On The Construction Of Knowledge Graph And Reasoning Method For Emergencies In Urban Rail Transit Operation

Urban rail transit operation emergency cases record the constituent elements,occurrence and development process of emergencies,which contains the historical experience of the development law and treatment scheme of emergencies.The rational use of cases in case of emergencies is of great significance to emergency decision-making,and the rapid development of knowledge map technology provides new ideas for the use of emergency cases.Based on the knowledge map technology,this paper studies the construction and reasoning method of urban rail transit operation emergency knowledge map,and designs and develops the urban rail transit operation emergency knowledge map application system,in order to provide auxiliary decision support for the formulation of emergency plan.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Build the knowledge map of urban rail transit operation emergencies.Firstly,based on the general knowledge map construction process,this paper puts forward the knowledge map construction process of urban rail transit operation emergencies;Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics of urban rail transit operation emergency cases,then designs the concept and relationship mode of knowledge map combined with expert knowledge and relevant data,and gives an example;Then,the rule-based extraction method and bilstm-crf model are used to extract the information of the constituent elements of urban rail transit operation emergencies;Finally,the knowledge map of urban rail transit operation emergencies is constructed,stored and visualized using neo4 j map database,which provides data support for the subsequent application of reasoning methods and the construction of urban rail transit operation emergency knowledge map application system.(2)The reasoning method of urban rail transit operation Emergencies Based on knowledge map is designed to predict the results of urban rail transit operation emergencies.Firstly,comprehensively investigate the relevant technologies of knowledge reasoning,elaborate the definition,classification,existing methods and models of knowledge reasoning and link prediction,comprehensively compare the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and models,and finally choose to use r-gcn model for reasoning;Secondly,the principle of r-gcn model is introduced,and the reasoning method of urban rail transit operation Emergencies Based on r-gcn model is designed;Finally,based on the constructed urban rail transit operation emergency knowledge map,the designed reasoning method is tested,and the prediction of urban rail transit operation emergency results is realized.The experiment shows that the urban rail transit operation emergency reasoning method based on r-gcn model proposed in this paper has high accuracy,and can provide theoretical support for urban rail transit operation emergency management.(3)The knowledge atlas application system of urban rail transit operation emergencies is designed and developed.Based on the constructed urban rail transit operation emergency knowledge map and the proposed urban rail transit operation emergency reasoning method based on knowledge map,an urban rail transit operation emergency knowledge map application system is developed.Firstly,the requirements of urban rail transit operation emergency knowledge map application system are analyzed;Secondly,it explains the function and architecture of the system;Finally,the function of urban rail transit operation emergency knowledge map application system is described in detail.The system realizes the statistical analysis and visual display of the knowledge map of urban rail transit operation emergencies,as well as the application of the proposed reasoning method of urban rail transit operation emergencies,solves the key problems of the current urban rail transit operation company,such as the poor level of emergency case management and use,and the lack of knowledge support in case of emergencies.It is of positive significance to improve the intelligence of urban rail transit operation emergency management.In general,based on the theories and technologies of knowledge map,information extraction and knowledge reasoning,this paper constructs the knowledge map of urban rail transit operation emergencies,realizes the prediction of urban rail transit operation Emergencies Based on the knowledge map,designs and develops the application system of urban rail transit operation emergencies knowledge map,and completes the in-depth mining of the information contained in urban rail transit operation emergencies,It is of great significance to improve the intelligent level of urban rail transit emergency safety management.Figure 40,Table15,Reference 129...
