Research On Financial Analysis Of Guodian Nari Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

The electric power equipment industry is the foundation of China’s economy,its growth directly affccts how people live their daily lives.The power equipment industry has faced significant challenges in recent years,as the reform of power intelligent systems has entered the new normal,the power equipment industry is facing huge challenge,which has caused great economic pressure to many high-tech enterprises.If an enterprise wants to comply with the requirements of the development of the times and develop its economy healthily,it should grasp the rapid changes in the environment of the electricity trading market,further renovation,make a comprehensive analysis of its financial situation,adjust its development strategy in time,and prepare for the possible challenges in the market.Traditional financial analysis way lack an analysis of the enterprise’s overall strategic environment and its status about its future development,and it is not well suited to the power equipment industry’s current state of transition and upgrading.The Strategic analysis and Prospect Analysis in the Harvard analysis framework can fill the above gaps,and they arc better able to analyze a variety of issues that come up during business operations.Thus,this dissertation introduces the Harvard analysis framework,together with the enterprise’s strategic environment,offers a fair assessment of its financial status and operating performance,and forecasts the enterprise’s future development trend.This dissertation takes Guodian Nari Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Guodian Nari)as the research object,which is a representative of the industry for power equipment.This dissertation begins by describing the research background,summarizing the research status of financial analysis methods and the Harvard Analysis Framework theory about domestic and forcignat,making research comments,and introducing the research content,methods,technical routes,and innovation points.This dissertation then moves on to the purpose and significance of the research.Second,this dissertation comes to the conclusion that Guodian Nari’s performance level is not stable,and there arc certain problems in the operation and development,combining the basic situation and business situation of Guodian Nari to compare the industry status ranking,and founded on the theories and practices of strategic analysis,the Harvard Analytical Framework Theory,and financial analysis.Thirdly,this dissertation performs financial analysis on Guodian Nari based on the Harvard analytical framework from the strategic level,accounting level,financial level,and prospect level,and discovers a number of issues,including the company’s unclear development strategy,the cost control is not enough,the sustainable profitability docs not match the industry status,and it faces some business risks.In addition,this dissertation puts forward some improvement suggestions,such as implementing the expansion development strategy,strengthening the financial management,upgrading the risk control and management system both domestically and internationally,and improving the asset management system.Finally,based on this,this dissertation’s conclusions are reached,and the prospects for the future are also presented.It will not only help to increase Guodian Nari’s competitiveness in the power equipment industry through the application research of the Harvard Analysis Framework,but it will also serve as a point of reference for the future development of other Chinese businesses in the same sector.
