| The Lead and bismuth fast reactor is a fission reactor using liquid lead and bismuth alloy(LBE)as coolant.Thanks to the excellent physical and chemical properties of LBE and the integrated pool structure of the reactor,lead and bismuth fast reactor has outstanding safety advantages,and the high coolant temperature of lead and bismuth fast reactor makes it have good economy.At present,most of the domestic researches on lead-bismuth fast reactor are still in the scheme design stage.However,based on the existing real-time simulation program developed for lead-bismuth fast reactor,the system operation characteristics of lead-bismuth fast reactor can be obtained,which provides reference for the design and research of leadbismuth fast reactor.In addition,the study of operation scheme and control strategy based on simulation program can also provide technical exploration and theoretical support for the future study of PB-BI fast reactor.Based on the design of SVBR-75/100 lead-bismuth fast reactor in Russia,the mathematical and physical model of the main coolant system and the simulation model of the steam generator are established in this paper.The establishment of the steam generator secondary side model with the help of Jtopmeret simulation tool,and finally through data transmission to achieve the primary and secondary side simultaneous.After the simulation program is written,it needs to be transplanted to Sim Exec platform to realize the real-time simulation function.Finally,the control engineering is studied based on the real-time simulation program.In the process of verifying the simulation program,according to the simulation results and theoretical analysis,the dual constant scheme is selected as the operation scheme of PB-BI fast reactor,and the core power controller and steam generator feed water flow controller will be designed according to the scheme.The controller design will use the traditional PID control method and artificial immune PID control method to write the corresponding control algorithm.In the dual constant operation scheme,the function of the core power controller is to make the core power keep track of the load changes while keeping the average coolant temperature unchanged when the steam load changes in the secondary loop,while the steam generator feed water flow control is to keep the steam pressure as constant as possible.The simulation results show that both controllers can achieve the control objectives under the load lifting condition,and the artificial immune PID controller is obviously due to the PID controller in overshoot and regulation time.The accuracy of the real-time simulation system and the rationality of the double constant scheme are verified by the simulation calculation of the fast load up and down conditions,and the advantages and disadvantages of the control system with different control methods are compared.In this paper,a real-time simulation program of PB-BI fast reactor is developed.The simulation results show that the program can simulate the operation characteristics of PB-Bi fast reactor well under steady and transient industrial control.Based on the simulation program,the control system for PB-BI fast reactor is designed with dual constant operation scheme.It has been proved that the control system can meet the control requirements of PBBI fast reactor,and the dynamic characteristics of the system are also ideal when the dualconstant operation scheme is adopted.The research results of this paper can provide a certain reference for the subsequent design,operation scheme and control strategy research of PB-BI fast reactor. |
