| As a green energy,nuclear energy is one of the key energy sources for the future development of China’s energy industry.Compared with traditional electric energy generation methods,nuclear power has the characteristics of high energy density and low air pollution,and is a kind of clean energy.However,while nuclear power projects protect the ecology and achieve "zero emissions" of greenhouse gases,they also generate radioactive wastes that are harmful to the environment.Therefore,the construction of nuclear waste treatment plants is also a key task in the construction of nuclear power plants.Since the nuclear waste treatment plant construction project basically does not generate economic benefits for the nuclear power plant,construction companies and relevant regulatory authorities always focus on the construction of nuclear power plant power generation facilities and power transmission,and pay insufficient attention to the possible environmental impact.The SF project is a nuclear energy engineering project with independent intellectual property rights and higher power developed and implemented on the basis of digesting and absorbing the third-generation nuclear energy science and technology after the introduction,according to the experience of China’s nuclear energy engineering design,construction and operation.Both economic benefits and social benefits.This study aims at the initial stage of the construction of the nuclear waste treatment plant of the SF project.Under the influence of the new crown epidemic,the personnel,machinery,materials and other resources required for the construction cannot be fully guaranteed,and the project may be delayed.Through the investigation and sorting out the project progress management situation,the problems and reasons involved in the project progress management were analyzed,and a plan for improving and optimizing the progress management based on the key chain technology was formed.First,the three-hour estimation method of plan review technology is used as the basic technical path,and Goldratt’s optimistic time and pessimistic time theory are combined to reduce the project duration,and find a new key path by balancing resource conflicts,without increasing the project cost,without affecting Under the condition of engineering quality,the overall construction period of the project has been shortened,and a buffer zone has been specially set up for unexpected situations that may occur during the project implementation process to solve unexpected problems in a targeted manner and improve the flexibility of project schedule control.Through the monitoring of the buffer zone,the dynamic management of the project progress is realized,and the progress management safeguard measures are formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of the civil construction project of the SF project nuclear waste treatment plant.In the end,the problem of possible delays caused by the new crown pneumonia epidemic was not only resolved,but also 89 days ahead of the original planned completion date.The application scenarios of key chain technology in the field of project schedule management are broadened,and it can provide some reference for relevant project entities to carry out schedule management. |
