| Ship-based aircraft is a very important fighting force in aircraft carrier fleet.The take-off and landing problem of ship-based aircraft is a very worthy problem to be studied.It is necessary to simulate the new ship-based aircraft accurately before the test.In this paper,the dynamic problems involved in the process of ship-based aircraft contact escape and the interference generated by the flow field at different inflow angles(0°,±30°,±60°)are simulated.A ship-based aircraft dynamics model is established.It includes landing gear model,pneumatic model,horizontal tail and engine response model.There are also flight control models involved in the descent phase and the escape phase、ship wake model.Finally,based on Simulink and Fluent,the co-simulation of the ship-based aircraft’s touch ship escape was realized.Based on the simulation data of the flow field under different inflow angles,the influence and cause of different inflow angles on the flow field above the inclined deck are analyzed.The results show that when the wind comes from the port side,the wake of the ship is mainly generated by the bow end of the port side and oblique decks;when the wind comes from the starboard side,the wind is mainly generated by the starboard and the ship island;and when the wind comes from the 0°,it is mainly generated by the bow.In this paper,there are three simulation methods: no ship tail flow interference,adding ship tail flow model and collaborative coupling simulation.Each of them was simulated with different inflow angles,and analyzes the effects of different inflow angles on the ship-borne aircraft escape process from the ship-based aircraft locus、attitude angle、glide angle、the amount of buffer compression、angle of attack and incoming flow speed.The results show that after adding the ship wake model,the height of the carrier aircraft at the bow of the inclined deck is lower than that without ship wake interference.In the coupled collaborative simulation,the height at the time of arrival is higher than that using the ship wake model,the attitude angle is smaller,the area where the wheel is lifted is earlier,and the peak value of landing gear compression is smaller.All simulations show that the greater the absolute value of the inflow angle,the more unfavorable it is for the ship-based aircraft to touch the ship and escape,and the starboard incoming wind is worse.At present,there are very few studies considering the coupling between dynamics,control and flow field in the open data of ship-based aircraft contact escape simulation.The cooperative simulation framework of ship-based aircraft contact escape realized in this paper helps to improve the consistency between the simulation and the real situation. |
