As a strategic weapon of various military powers,submarine concealment determines the survivability of submarine and the ability to attack the enemy suddenly.With its strategic and deterrent nature,the research of submarine has always attracted the attention of all countries.As the main noise source of the submarine,the research on the noise performance of the propeller plays a key role in improving the concealment of the submarine,and it is a hot issue currently studied by scholars from various countries.This article will focus on the calculation of hydrodynamic performance and noise prediction of the mutual interference between propeller,submarine and its appendages.The Suboff submarine and E1619 propeller are used as the research objects.The commercial software FLUENT is used to calculate the hydrodynamic value and the ACTRAN software is used to predict the noise.This paper will focus on the calculation of hydrodynamic performance and noise prediction of the mutual interference between propeller,submarine and its appendages.The Suboff submarine and E1619 propeller are used as the research objects.The commercial software FLUENT is used to calculate the hydrodynamic value and the Actran software is used to predict the noise.The thesis first calculated the hydrodynamic performance of the E1619 propeller based on CFD technology,compared the hydrodynamic difference between the rigid propeller and the flexible propeller,and gave the characteristics of the slight deformation of the blade of the flexible propeller.In order to verify the accuracy and applicability of the numerical calculation method,based on the test model and test data of the E1619 propeller,the modeling,calculation domain generation and grid division of the E1619 propeller model were completed.The calculation of the hydrodynamic performance of the rigid propeller,The influence of the number of grids on the calculation results is compared,and the numerical calculation results are compared with the experimental values,which verifies the accuracy and applicability of the numerical calculation methods in the thesis.On this basis,a fluid-solid coupling frame was constructed,the hydrodynamic performance analysis of the flexible propeller was completed,and the numerical calculation results of the flexible propeller were compared and analyzed with the results of the rigid propeller.The difference.Finally,based on the acoustic prediction software and the pressure fluctuation information in the flow field of the rigid propeller and the flexible propeller,the flow noise of the two is predicted,and the difference in noise between the two is compared.Secondly,the flow field of SUBOFF submarine is numerically calculated,the flow field distribution of submarine is analyzed,the resistance of submarine is predicted,and the results are compared with the experimental values to verify that the prediction method used in this paper is also suitable for submarine flow field prediction.Then,based on the empirical formula,the Reynolds number and grid boundary layer size under the interaction between propeller,submarine and appendage are calculated,and the calculation domain setting and block division of the model and the grid division of flow field are completed.Based on the above grid,the hydrodynamic performance under the interaction between propeller,submarine and appendage is numerically calculated,and the results of rigid propeller and flexible propeller are compared and analyzed.Finally,the flow field calculated above is analyzed,the flow noise around the submarine and propeller is predicted according to the pressure fluctuation information of the flow field around the propeller and submarine,and the difference between the flow noise under the mutual interference between the submarine and propeller and the flow noise of open water propeller is compared.The research in this article has certain reference value for reducing the noise of submarine underwater navigation.The calculation method of this article has certain reference value for further development of submarine shape resistance and noise optimization,and the adoption of feasible noise reduction measures to further optimize the propeller noise.At the same time,this article The fluid-solid coupling method adopted also has reference value for the hydrodynamic performance and noise prediction of composite propellers.
